Travelodge London Crystal Palace recensioner

A well located hotel which offers you the amenities that every establishment should offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure to buy water before arriving. The hotel is accessible via the lift on the side of the big building. You can't miss it.

Loved the staff. The location was lovely too and you can easuly get food within a few min walk away from you. However, there were no tea bags, hardly a sugar and you have to pay for the wifi🤦🏻♀️

Security is excellent here. You can explore London by other means without any concern for the safety of your vehicle.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Easy check in and check out. Comfy room. There is a good pub, The Maple Tree, a short walk from the hotel, and good connections by bus. The nearest train stations are a bit of a walk from the hotel but near enough by bus/cab.

Polite & friendly staff, room was large, bathroom was nice. Free parking which was a bonus in addition to free off street parking. No bar or restaurant at this location, but they did have a vending machine & shes were close by.

It was my first time staying in the hotel. It was very tidy and quiet. I recommend it. The personnel from the reception were friendly and helpful

There is no hair dryer, so bring you own. They had a secure car park, so parking was no issur especially in a busy area. Our room had a lovely view,and very quite.

Took me a bit to find the entrance, but the well appointed room on the 6th floor with lovely view, and excpecially the Team members and receptionist Lily, who is very welcoming and professional made the stay enjoyable. Recommend it. Thank you very much!

Very clean and comfortable, the room was like new (perhaps it is?). Very friendly welcome at reception. This location was very convenient for our needs at a great price. I've said all I need to say but TA needs me to write 200 words so this bit is just waffle

Hotel manager and assistant manager tell LIES blatant LIES to guests staying there, give false misleading information to guests, waste guests time deliberately and are very unhelpful along with supportive to guests deaf, hard of hearing and with mobility issues. 2 lady's managers don't know their job roles. Room in was very cold. Am fearful for other guests staying there to. Guests can pay for early check-in, checkout and meals AT any time anywhere in cash. 2 managers was not clued in and up on travel lodge policies and refused to take my payment for early check-in when 10 plus other travel lodge hotels had done so between last year and in march. Both lady managers need restraining urgently on the rules and policies of early check-in and etc cash paying happenings. For sadly NEITHER lady manager at travel lodge hotel crystal palace knows anything at all and are making up stories to avoid extra work and to get paid for doing nothing at all for the guests. I won't stay there again even if I'm desperate for a place.

Very good value, all rooms floor 6 or above so good views and little traffic noise. Way out from central London but easy to get there - bus stop almost outside, Anerley train station 10-15 minute walk away. Enough pubs, cafes, restaurants in the local area - lovely Spanish Tapas and welcome at El Molino a 15 minute walk away in Beckenham. Room comfortable, efficient heating, opening window, good selection of sockets, well placed.
