The worst business hotel experience ever!!
No mini fridge, dirty room, dirty towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste, need to get the hair dryer by yourself at the reception desk, only 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi every 24 hours… etc
In the bathroom, the shower curtain is too short, and the shower area is too shallow, so the water is everywhere every time you take shower, absolutely unpleasant.
Definitely not recommended and won’t stay in this hotel in the future.

Great front office support from Dinesh and Simran at the London Central Southwark Travelodge. They understood my concerns and catered to my needs with respect. They were very communicative about my requirements and comfort. Would love to come back to stay!

The people there were really kind and the pillows were the best.We loved the Kit Kats and the room was sound proof. Laced closely to bars and public transportation. We didn’t use the breakfast or any other facilities . Very good for families.

although this travel lodge is very central during our day we had a few problems with noise. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room when we got to the room. We had water dripping down one of the walls which couldn’t be fixed without a key??

Seemed like the place was nickel and diming us …. no hair dryer , no iron , no bedside tables , 1/2 hour free wifi then a charge ( like it was back in 2009 ) , 1/2 roll of toilet paper , when I asked for another roll the front desk tried to hand me another 1/2 roll !!! Terrible breakfast , not even worth half the cost ,buffet not stocked

Very helpful staff. Stored suitcase when we arrived before checkin. Lovely clean room and bathroom. No issues experienced.

The place is a basic, bare bones room with a coffee maker and a kettle. If all you want is a place to crash it's perfect. But if you're staying for awhile and you want to see something out the window DO NOT get a room facing the 'courtyard'! You will feel imprisoned! Other than that Southwark is a pretty great area with lots to do and very central. Download Lime and user their bikes 🤛🏻 Bhanu was helpful in getting me a room facing ANYWHERE but in! 👍🏻

Great location, room was nice size and clean. Understaffed do not expect quick service. Breakfast ok but we got down to breakfast at various times and the food seemed to have been kept warm and not the freshest.
