The worst business hotel experience ever!!
No mini fridge, dirty room, dirty towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste, need to get the hair dryer by yourself at the reception desk, only 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi every 24 hours… etc
In the bathroom, the shower curtain is too short, and the shower area is too shallow, so the water is everywhere every time you take shower, absolutely unpleasant.
Definitely not recommended and won’t stay in this hotel in the future.

Really pleased with the service we received when we stayed at this Travelodge. Dinesh and Sridhar were excellent, very friendly and helped to make our stay a wonderful experience. Hotel is in a good location, close to tube station and Waterloo.

The hotel was generally fine but having paid extra for a supposedly quiet room I was very disappointed to be woken frequently by the noise of frequent trains running nearby

I spent 3 days in London and was excellently welcomed by Bhanu, from the check-in, storing our luggage, showing us the tourist attractions, and even understanding our need for a late checkout. I will definitely return to the hotel because of Bhanu’s outstanding service and hospitality.

Lovely stay, very central location with amenities close by. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked as it should. Nice view of the Shard from my room too. Friendly staff - Dinesh in particular was very accommodating and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast as I wasn’t hungry but it smelled amazing on the way out when I left early for my conference. Would stay again!

No worries at all ! Perfect location, tube station literally just around the corner and a few minutes walk to Thames Southbank. Clean and quite room on fifth floor with side view. Sound of trains passing by was no problem. Very close to Waterloo stations as well. Safe and lively neighbourhood.

This hotel is great for accessibility and I love coming here on solo trips just to chill and Go clubbing etc. and a big shout out to the server at the bar and cafe who was so lovely. Thanks Nikitha, really friendly service and lovely person and server!

Great hotel for a one night London stay, convenient for walking to many of the tourist attractions -St.Pauls, Tate modern, Old Vic. Room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed and we had a good night’s sleep. Surprisingly little noise, considering the location. Great breakfast, couldn’t really ask for more and for a central London hotel-good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Bhanu on reception.
