Läget är perfekt för Euston tågstation. Servicen är dålig, receptionen är galen hela tiden. Anläggningen är gammal också, hissen är liten. mattan verkar vara full av skräp, men de byter den dagen jag lever i.

Chefen i tjänst var inte särskilt hjälpsam eller artig från början, efter att han tänkt på det var han mer hjälpsam. Även om jag är tacksam för att mitt problem löstes, lämnade det en dålig känsla. Chefen för hushållningen var mycket mer anpassningsbar. De kanske borde byta jobb.

Breakfast was delicious. Location was good. The room was clean and comfy. Would love to be back here again next time.

- good location, closed to both euston station and British Museum. can walk to the china town, soho, leicester square within 30 minutes - the room is clean, has safety box inside - can ask reception for tooth brush/paste and slippers - toilet and bathroom are separate. weak ventilation in the toilet - fixed shower head on the wall. if shower hose will be better

I cancelled my booking with this hotel due to my friend’s failing health but they totally refused to cancel and refund my booking… I didn’t lodge in the hotel, my friend who was supposed to be the second guest forwarded her health record but they still wouldn’t refund us. Trip said the hotel has to refund me, the hotel said trip has to refund me… they were both tossing me around and I paid a whopping £244…… DO NOT BOOK FROM TRIP . COM and DONT BOOK TO STAY AT TAVISTOCK. HOTEL When issues arise they won’t refund your money.

I have stayed many times at the Tavistock. This time is the first time though booking with Trip.com. The review is genuine, Trip.com say they price match, I’m not sure that is 100% correct. I have yet to compare the like for like. If there is a difference I feel sure Trip.com will honor their price match. I find Trip.com a first rate system for hotels and flights.

Hotel room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Food was great in the pub and breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Great central location.

Very clean even small. Nice male waiter. But the female reception is a cheat. I requested the reception to help to call a taxi for my only one. But after 40 minutes，a private bigest car come with 6 seats， not the taxi. driver price double than taxi at final. Even the driver expressed unnecessary for me to order his big car. Cheated by the hotel reception. Shamed of lodon by the female.

The room that we stayed is too small for the $ we paid and the bathroom has limited space too, water tends to spill over to the floor while we shower.

Hotel easy to get to via underground from Heathrow, on train and a 400m walk Check in is strictly after 2:00pm and as we were very early arrivals we had five hours to kill! Hotel looked after our luggage and we set off down Tottenham court Rd to Trafalgar Sq, Westminster, London Eye etc. it’s an easy walk to these places and even easier on underground The room was decent and not too cramped, the breakfast (included in our deal) was fine, great selection and all well presented, the coffee machine made good latte and flat whites. We never had dinner in so no comment there but we did sit in the bar and watch Euro 2024 football, the bar area is genteel but allowed atmosphere for the football. The location isn’t great for local restaurants, we struggled to find good dining but enjoyed the Italian and Greek food we had. Head down Gower St into Shaftesbury avenue and there are many nice eateries and atmospheric English pubs All in all I’d happily stay here again as it is good And value for money Fee
