The hotel is very well situated opposite bus station. Superb easy access and reception was very helpful. Super fast check in

We enjoyed our stay there . Breakfast was great and there was so much to choose from ( buffets) and the food tasted great.unfortunately the room we got a had a blocked sink and there is no view of the river . It was room 529. We informed the lady at reception when we checked out.

Booked this hotel for a for a birthday weekend,customer service was good very lovely and helpful and they even upgraded us for free due to having a small issue with our room and it being a birthday weekend

Stayed 2 nights here. Location is quite central, walking distance to Westminster and Big Ben. I personally think the bus services serve this area better, as the nearest train station is about 15 min walk away. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Only thing to note is that they only provide drinking water (bottles) for the first day of checkin. Expected better for the brand name and price paid.

Lovely hotel in a great location, check in was disappointing as we arrived at 3:30 and expected to be able to go straight to our room and then go for a swim with my 8 year old grandson but no, gave us a voucher for a free drink at the bar and said come back in 30 minutes but the free drink was house wine or beer which we don’t drink so ended up with a tea 🤦♀️ went back and room still not ready but they then offered free breakfast for our stay and the nice man on reception let us in to the swimming pool which my grandson loved. Finally got into the room at 5:30ish but well worth the wait, lovely and spacious with a great view over the river. Lovely bedding and toiletries smelt divine. Breakfast was buffet style in the ballroom and there was a great choice for all of us. Staff were very friendly apart from those in the bar area, served our tea with no milk and then gave us hot milk after we’d asked the server and then we had to ask another server as ours had gone into serve someone else! Didn’t use the bar after that as plenty of places around to try. Definitely would stay again as location is really good and close to some great restaurants and the tube.

The Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel exceeded my expectations and stands out as one of the best hotels I've stayed at in London. Its proximity to Big Ben and other top attractions made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Despite our early check-in, they warmly greeted us, took care of our luggage, and luckily had a room available for us. Their attentive service set the tone for a wonderful stay. The housekeeping team was equally accommodating, fulfilling our requests promptly and ensuring our comfort throughout our time at the hotel. I highly recommend the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel for its prime location, exceptional staff, and top-notch service. It truly made my London experience memorable and enjoyable.

The room wasn't ready for us, so I had to wait 45 minutes. Eventually, our family got into the room. It was dirty and smelled of mould everywhere, with a broken fridge.

Hotel and staff was good but rooms very dark . location was not good to far from everywhere. One very strange thing was there was no water to drink in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London Riverbank this week. We arrived in London in the morning and headed to the hotel around 1030am to see if we could drop our bags before returning for check-in at 1500. The lovely receptionist let us know that our room was ready if we wanted to check in early. This was a lovely surprise and meant we could put our feet up and have a cup of tea in our room after our journey and prior to heading back out into the city. The room itself was just what we needed with lovely ‘smart’ touches such as mood lighting and curtain control from the bed. The only downside was that our room was situated right next to the lift so every time somebody used it, we could hear the whirring from the mechanisms. This died down overnight but as you can imagine started up again first thing in the morning. Overall we had a lovely stay in a lovely room, but would maybe just request a slightly different room location next time. We would definitely return. All the staff we had the pleasure of dealing with were very friendly and professional. Thank you all!

Very clean, pool was disappointing, staff very helpful and friendly

Arrived on Wednesday evening to a freezing room . Room never warmed despite raising temperature setting on control panel, plumbing made a loud horn noise on turning taps on. Water pressure was terrible. So managed to change room after bringing issues to reception. The changed room was no better. Again room was so cold. Guest services sent maintenance man who said he was unable to do anything as the hotel setting was still left at Summer setting. Another staff member brought an oil radiator which had a wheel missing so coildt stand the radiator. His solution was to take rest of the wheels off. Housekeeping came at 8.45pm to clean the room and make the bed. !!!!! Shower drain was blocked so shower tray resembled a swimming pool when having shower. There was no body was in wall mounted containers so had to come out of shower midway to dispense hand soap to finish shower. When I bought it to the attention of guest services, a staff member came and handed me another tub of bodywash . I had to tell him to replace it on the wall with the empty one . After that he went to get a plastic key to take the empty one off and get a new one replaced Nightmare 4 night stay at Park Plaza. Riverside, London.

It was our anniversary. While we enjoyed the amenities, the room service left much to be desired. Had to ring more than 6 times to get the in room breakfast we had booked the night before - very annoying. Also had to ring several times to get bottled water sent up to us. Like I said, room service left much to be desired. But other than that, everything else was fantastic. When the breakfast FINALLY arrived, it was good, so I give them that.
