I often stay at Hilton hotels in each country specially Europe Side.
I'm leaving a review by experiencing something I haven't experienced at Hilton until now.
I made a reservation by advance payment one month before the scheduled date of stay.
1. Around 7 p.m. I tried to check in at the hotel
-> receptionist told me that it was difficult to proceed with the scheduled check-in because Trip.com did not send hotel the payment amount.
-> We are assigned a scheduled room by making personal payments again for check-in.
-> The receptionist said that this happens frequently at Trip.Com.
-> At check-in, the staff in charge and the staff in charge say the same thing at check-out.
2. Stayed in Room 317.
-> Lack of amenity (hand towels, disposable slippers, etc)
-> There is a gap between the glass shower partitions and water leaks out, causing water to accumulate on the floor of the shower room.
-> The hair dryer power source and the voltage connection in the shower room do not match, so We use the hair dryer by connecting the power source near the TV.
3. Breakfast
-> go to eat at 7:30 in the morning.
-> Overall, the quality is good.
-> I was impressed that the hall serving staff was really nice.
-> The attitude of the chef in charge of the omelette left a bad impression on many customers.
(The plate of the finished food(cook:omelette is not handed over directly, but pushed or tapped by hand to the customer.)
4. The room cleaning staff are really friendly and kind.
I've never experienced anything like this while using Hilton, so I think they need improvement service, so I leave a review.
I was going to stay additionally because of the good location of the hotel, but due to the bad impression of the hotel, We booked another Hilton hotel and rescheduled it.
If Trip.com and Hilton are constantly experiencing this problem, I hope they can solve this quickly for other customers.
