DoubleTree by Hilton London – Docklands Riverside recensioner

Very well located with quick check in and prompt service. The view from the room was very good and was an overall comfortable stay.

The hotel is spacious and clean. The front desk is very friendly.

Very friendly and kind staff, helped me plan my itinerary with public transport and altogether a very nice hotel. The balcony had a nice view too.

It was not doubletree hilton worthy. Breakfast was a disaster with a manager Walinga off customers, no water available if you ask for it even tough we paid for the breakfast the last morning we even did not get a bottle of water because there was not any. etc etc

Very spacious room for a family of 4. The hotel is quite big and it takes a little but of time to get to the room; also the corridors accessing to the rooms is a little bit narrow. Service is good, staffs are nice and we can enjoy freshly baked cooked every day for free.

The service was immaculate as all staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had a great view. There was even a complimentary ferry directly to Canary Wharf. One improvement would be that on the trip app there is a photo of pool however this hotel does not have one. After booking we saw the picture of the pool and brought swim costumes unnecessarily due to this. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and would both recommend it to others and stay again myself.

The location and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended for families.

Everything incredible from Christina (from Venice) on the front desk to Vasimin at breakfast! Had such a laugh and felt so at home considering I was travelling solo. A MUST STAY hotel if you are in London but prefer to be a little bit outside of central but have Canary Wharf and the River Thames literally on your doorstep. There is an amazing shuttle boat that takes you for free across to Canary Wharf which is something you need to experience whilst staying. Thank you to all the team and the lady dressed as a pumpkin greeting all the guests and giving out lollipops! Festive and fabulous!

This is 4-stars hotel. The environment is good and quiet. River view you can enjoy at anytime at hotel. The room is "standard" clean and big but old fashioned. The bathroom and toilet is not in good condition. The location is not good unless your trip is heavily spending on Canary wharf side. The only advantage is a free shuttle boat between Canary wharf and hotel.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I entered the lobby to the time we left, we felt. Lady on the desk I unfortunately can not remember her name, but she was an Italian woman, and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. Usually when I go to London I get a different hotel every time but I think from now on I will be breaking this trend.
