Ibis Styles London Gloucester Road recensioner

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

距離地鐵站很近，入住方便，職員有禮貌，只提供姓名及訂單號碼即可入住，只是房間有點細，但舒服清潔，附近有很多美食，早餐不錯，款式不太多，但覺得很美味，在倫敦住了3間酒店，這間是最滿意的

酒店位置非常方便，附近有很多餐廳和超級市場！我入住的房間是家庭房，但酒店浴室不是浴缸，這是不太是我的預期。由於酒店外好近是繁忙的街道，所以晚上會間中有行車聲音，酒店房間是在ground floor,方便的是不需要行樓梯，但感覺好像不夠私人空間。酒店職員非常友善！總括來說，價錢方面和酒店質素有差距，有改善的空間。

房間乾淨，衛生間空間大還不錯，不過房間因為是角間，有點小，不過地點佳，離地鐵站很近，附近有超市、商店，很方便，
