The Waldorf Hilton, London recensioner

We stayed here as our normal hotel was fully booked, we weren’t disappointed. We booked a basic double room. Lovely hotel, great location and the fastest filling bath ever!!! The only downside was the breakfast which was pretty average considering the reputation of the hotel generally.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Our check-in experience was quick and easy and Tyrone was brilliant. He ensured we knew everything we needed to know for our stay and made it a really positive experience for us. The staff were all very friendly and overall I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a strategic location. The staff was helpful and the check in & check out were really easy. The room was cozy and clean. The food at the restaurant is also delicious!

Everything was good had to que 15 mins for breakfast but i think that was cos it was so busy staff were great

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Didn’t get room cleaned after one night which was a bit strange.

Stayed here on several occasions when we visit London The hotel is alway spotless Great location Breakfast is fabulous Dinner was good too. little dessert to finish 😊

Air conditioning in room wasn’t working put a fan in but it just kept the room so hot all the shampoo and conditioners in bathroom empty no hair dryer room was average for a 5 star hotel

Brilliant location in the middle of theatres and very close to the Toysl opera house. Very friendly, obliging staff.

Very nice in all aspects. Near with Bush House, really convenient to participate the graduation ceremony of king's.

Wonderful staff. Rooms are a little dated but location is excellent.
