Hilton London Paddington recensioner

Fabulous stay. Our room was spotless and quite big by London standards. The hotel staff were lovely , always helpful and smiling . Can’t wait to stay again.

The enviorment is nice and the location is pefectly good for traveller. The service provided by staff , front desk, and cleaner are good. Spacious room and nice furniture. Would stay again when coming to London next time.

The hotel is linked to the paddington station so you don’t need to go outside that’s so convenient and good location. There are many way and easy to access the public transportation.

An amazing place to stay. They went above call of duty to provide a great place to stay and the breakfast was nice too

The key was out of function everyday and the staff was just unable to explain .

The good: clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, terrific location in Paddington station The bad: hallways were noisy, no fridge in our room The ugly: dated hotel, needs a refurb

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. I really like it, and it’s definitely the most convenient for Paddington/Heathrow. A great base to explore London from. Breakfast was very nice. But equally if you want to experience a proper British breakfast you can potter down the road to Raffles Cafe. It’s a London Hotel, expensive and old. But that’s the UK in general for you. I love staying here and enjoying a slice of London history (look up the building). I’ve stayed on both sides, station and road, and liked them both. It was clean, spacious (for London), and comfortable. The Paddington area has always been one of my favourite ‘real’ places in London, I love strolling around looking at the terraces and buildings. There’s a lot of life round here.

Lovly receptionist when booked in earlier than expected room was huge and very clean comfortable bed definitely stay again

The food was good. Room needs refurbishment to come at par with modern hotels and Hilton names. Location is superb.

Great locations just outside Paddington station, can actually get to the hotel without leaving the station! Rooms very clean and comfortable

Strategic location nearby many eateries and clean hotel. Connected to Paddington station which is a plus

The front line reception and conceriage staff are very impatient and not friendly, other than this the hotel is a good one in location and cleanliness, there is train sound at night though

We only had one night here. The location was brilliant with access from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the stay.

Great location. Handy for the Heathrow Express from Paddongton Station, next door and only a short walk from Hyde Park snd central London. The hotel breakfast is the best weve had anywhere.
