Mercure London Paddington Hotel recensioner

The location is good but the room is not spacious. when comparing to hotels nearby , I feel a bit of regret to stay for seven days. Suggest sole traveller but not family to stay.

This place is very good location and conveniene. But the small room was quite small. It was suitable for solo. Staff were nice, helpful and friendly.

while checking in I was informed that my reservation was overbooked. I was taken to another nearby hotel. but my room not yet ready. It will be ready at 9pm!!!!! So disappointed!! After long hours flight I need a shower and rest

Very small, hardly able to move around in the room. It is only worth it if you can book it cheap for HK$1300 per night to sleep and clean, 2 stars hotel only.

They offered to transfer us to the nearby Mercure Hyde Park which we agreed to and I highly recommend to accept such a transfer of they make the same offer to you. The Mercure Hyde Park looks newer and more modern, although the room size appears to be equally small (which is to be expected anyway). Location wise, Mercure Hyde Park is close to Paddington station, and there is a linked path with the IHG Hotel Indigo so you can use their main entrance to access Mercure Hyde Park.

Great location near Paddington station, easy to access tube/express train to central London. Room is clean and with in-room complimentary drinks / snacks. However, the room is small, and bare to have space to open a 26-inch bifold luggage. Bathroom is small but acceptable.

Very convenient hotel near to Paddington Station. Hotel room is very comfortable and the views were great. Room was a little dusty, and sink was not working well. However, receptionist was very efficient and got the maintenance team to fix the issues mentioned within the day.

So small that no way you can open even your small luggage 😂
