Good with various breakfast kinds

Couldn’t sleep there, the room I was given was by the reception and too much noise. I was concern was it was a mixed room too

Good price when live in London. Walking distance to city centre such as Big Ben, London eye. Unforgettable triple bed.

Lots of buses near hostel, very convenient, the staffs are nice as well

洗澡沒熱水，只有一樓的才有，但可以借吹風機，然後活動很有趣，缺點是半夜大家回家的時候很吵，會被吵醒！注重睡眠品質的人可能不適合

ロケーションに関しては、ロンドン観光のハイライトになるテームズ川近く、ロンドンアイやビックベンまで歩いて行ける。だが、宿泊場所は、黒人やアラブ系の人が集まる場所なので、はじめてのロンドンだと、中には不安に感じる人がいるかもしれない。 サービスに関しては、スタッフの若い黒人女性が、元気よく心地のいい話し方で、気配りしてくれて、ハートフルな接客を受け心があたたまった◎ 清潔感に関しては、通常バックパッカー宿の多くが何かしら不快をともなうのたが、シャワーブース、ロビー、キッチンは整理整頓清掃清潔ができていた。 設備アメニティに関しては、タオルなし、シャワーブースにボディソープ類なし、ドライヤーみあたらず、ベッドは3段ベッドで、シーツは自分でしく感じ、空調機能が弱く空気が悪い だが、ロンドンのこの立地で、この値段、このクオリティは破格と言って間違いない。 安宿の中では上位のナイスホテルである。

一分錢一分貨，地段挺好，周邊較安靜，去哪裡都近。好像每天都會有人來收走垃圾，挺好。浴室乾濕分離，還不錯哈。

Life changing experience! Considering the place, everything is spotless and it is cleaned daily. the heaters always work and there is always free hot coffee and a meal waiting for you. It is the perfect location and within a walking distance to the center. There are tours both during the day and in the night arranged for free by the staff for everyone which is amazing. There is someone at the front desk literally any time you need them. Now about the people...it's the first time i've been in the same room with so many wonderful ones. The name couldn't be more suitable, "Onefam" is actually one big lovely family. Elize is the mom that makes sure everyone is alright and feels well. Georgia is the cool fun aunt that takes you out partying, Squid is the quiet and gentle uncle that cares for everyone. Hector and Felix are the naughty cousins that you are always having fun with, Bor is the brother that's always there for you! The staff may change through the year but i know the spirit will stay the same. I am sure my trip to London would not have been complete without staying at this hostel! You gotta come here!

My drinks have been stolen by both staff and guests on both occasions I’ve stayed here. You are required to put your name, date of check out, and room number on items to prevent theft. If those aren’t on it you can take it. The staff moved my drink to their fridge and other guests have drank my full bottle of vodka 2 times with my name on it. I had an employee ask to check the cameras to get reimbursed by the guests and staff who stole my items but they said no. The employee said, and I quote, “they said they don’t really care”. The first time I stayed the water was broken on the upper floors and floor had no electricity. The WiFi here also doesn’t work and the staff are rude to guests. When I asked if I could have private time in my room and asked politely if people could refrain from coming in (not that they can’t come In) the staff made a snarky remark in the group chat saying that everyone is allowed to enter their rooms. I never said they didn’t and the message was to explain that I was on a recorded video call so if you don’t want to be recorded do not come in. Overall awful experience and the only reason I come back is because the location is in a good spot and I’ve made friends here.

When I first walked in sketchy is the word I would use. It looked like a half way house, with a bunch of drug ******* passed out in the lobby. As I walked to my room it continued to Disappoint, calling it a Disgusting is an understatement. Do not stay here! Rooms are boxes with no windows, gross bathrooms with no toilet paper and doors that don’t lock. Mold in the showers with pubs and q-tips! Ive stayed at alot of hostels and hotels and am fairly easy to please. In saying that, this bar down is the worst by far I've stayed in, place should be condemned. On a side note, I stayed one night. Booked for four nights. I tried to get my remaining nights refunded and the staff on location and *********** did nothing. Bottom line, DONT BOOK OR STAY HERE UPDATE The owner contacted my friend that made the booking, harassed him, called him a liar and offered no refund. Pretty wild.
