Excellent place to stay. I enjoy it. The cost is excellent.

The chef and the one bartender are really kind. Everyone else is terrible. The “manager” is rude , yells at people unprovoked and then tries to get them kicked out the hostel. As others have mentioned, there are bugs. The bathrooms are always unclean. Like it’s bad. I got bit by several bed bugs, the sheets I received were stained and torn. The location is convenient to getting to most places

Great place, cheap, good location. Could do with having the full ingredients for the meals they provide. Place looks dated, things need to be fixed and stocked up with better quality toilet paper and also no shower gels etc. Can be a tight squeeze in some toilets and the stairwell as well as having to take our own luggage down in the basement.

The location is convenient, close to underground station. The communal areas were cozy. However, I did encounter an issue with cleanliness in the room. Despite this, the service was good overall and the staffs were helpful, making it a decent value for money.

Great location, many restaurants in the vicinities. Friendly reception staff. Toilet papers often missing. Free wifi is not very fast. No curtain nor night light for eaxh bunk, at least not for my bunk. Ventilation is pretty much inexistant in the dorm.

Just had an amazing stay at PubLove at The Green Man in London, and I can't recommend it enough! This place perfectly blends the charm of a traditional British pub with the convenience of a hostel. ⚠️ “DON’T BOOK THIS HOSTEL YET” It’s was terrible experience!!! t’s a bad dream!!!! I booked this hostel for 5 nights in female room, and in the first night, I can’t sleep, I feel so itchy all of my body, and then I turn on the flashlight, and I FOUND ALOT OF BUGS!! In my bed 🪳🦟 🤯 and when I try to kill those bugs, there’s have the human blood 🩸from those bugs in my bed, then I can’t sleep at all!!! And then in the morning, I go to the reception and tell them about this and ask them to move the bed, BUT!! She said “NO we don’t allow you to change the bed” I have 2 choices that I have to stay in the same bed more 4 nights, and she will send someone to change the bedsheets or just CHECK OUT NOW!! And they will refund me for other 4 nights left.. they even don’t say sorry or anything to me for what i found in that terrible night! They treats me very bad!! 🤯😤 So in the end I choose to check out and get my refund for 4 nights back, I should to get full of my refund or any responsibility for this situation from the hotel actually, but they don’t. ***I just saw this note on the door of my room since I was check in, that mean the reception or stuff they know that it’s have a bedbugs in my room since the beginning, but why they let’s me check in!!???? *** I want to report this hostel and stuff there 🤬🤯🤯

Warning! This hostel is dirty and has bed bugs! It's advisable to find another place to stay to avoid any problems. it's driving me nuts. Please, for your own sanity, find somewhere else to stay. I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm dealing with right now. 当心！这个旅馆很脏，而且有臭虫！建议大家找别的地方住，免得受到影响。

Perfect for a quick stay but wouldn't recommend for a long stay. Bathrooms were dirty and generally lacking in amenities.

Its enough for our need, although the space is not too big. But I think its ok for us

Servicemen was not too good. Consideration for the customer is needed more.
