Crowne Plaza London - Docklands, an IHG Hotel recensioner

We spent two days there and was very happy. Breakfast was included and there was a lot of options and unlimited amount that we could take. Sauna, steam room and swimming pool were all included. Very happy, will be coming back.

Great location, easy access from the Elizabeth line. We had a family room and having access to to the pool was great with kids. All staff were excellent.

Hotel room was a nice size for me and my family the pool was nice for the kids to swim in. We had the breakfast for two days which catered for all our needs and was presented really nicely. We ended up staying an extra night as was happy with the facilities For having children the location was a bit out of the way but I would say that was the only down side.

Hotel is very cleanest and good location is near station. Breakfast is okay.

Overall is good as expected, quiet and easy to access. Staff is friendly. Surprised that the sofa bed is very lovely size and comfort. Will recommend to friends and come back next time.

Really good and everything is great. The staffs are wonderful and amazing. I will definitely book again.

I was very disappointed that they did not even supply the slippers and toothbrushes kits for us when we arrived. We have to ask the front desk twice for these. The beddings and towels got some stains on them and the pipe of the sink was very smelly. The location is far from central of London, the Royal Victoria station has closed for two days during my journey and the Victoria line doesn’t operate early in the morning which was very inconvenient . If you want to go travelling in London especially with young children, I would not recommend it.

Excellent location. Clean, secure rooms. Lovely neighbourhood for walks with family. Large fitness area. Unfortunately there is a bar with alcohol on display near breakfast area. Also, no porters helped us with bringing suitcases in on arrival. Reception staff had to be asked several times to assist myself and two children with heavy luggage.

Near to expo. Far from city. Metro is nearby and straight line to town and Heathrow airport.

Do Not recommend, in the most simplest form it was ****. Had problems checking in, the pool was ****, the lift wasn’t working. Wont be coming again😒

Stayed 4 nights and happy overall with the room and restaurant. However the hotel double charged me - my room was prepaid on Trip, and hotel reception took my credit card details for incidentals. After checking out I found I was charged again for the room, they basically charged a customer without a.) contacting Trip to sort out the payment as it should be, b.) without a phone call to me ahead of taking the money and c.) without the customer authorization (in theory I only authorized the incidental pre-auth). Kudos to colleagues at Trip who followed up and processed the refund within a week! But deeply unhappy with the hotel's handling of the incident especially customer communication! Double check your bank transactions if you choose to stay at this place

Amazing service, hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. They fulfilled my special request and gave me a complimentary upgrade. Really good breakfast with lots of options to choose from.
