Simple small and clean hotel. Typical central London shirt stay hotel with air con. Nice tea and coffee making facilities in the room too. Staff very professional and you can get 10% discount by joining and booking direct. I normally stay in the premier inn hub, but will go here more often because of the in room desk and tea/coffee in room which the hub doesn’t offer

This hotel is located in a quieter area of Soho and is quite accessible to restaurants, pubs, and transit. We were booked into an accessible room which had a lot of space for two people and was clean. The sliding door and glass wall of the bathroom was frosted which didn't provide much privacy. There's only one small elevator which made for a wait during peak times.

Unfortunately the hotel was not what I expected. Not only was the room very small, too small for 2 people with nowhere to have your luggage easily accessible, I also had a leaking air-conditioner which necessitated I move to another room. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed. I outlined the fact that I was staying at the hotel for 2 periods of time, with another mate booking 2 nights in between my bookings. The staff saw all three bookings on their computer and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem, and that I wouldn't need to check in and out and in again, and that I could stay in the same room for the entire period of time. My arrival AND departure date was also written on the card I was given by the staff upon check-in. Although the bed was comfortable, and the linen was great (albeit, the towels were unnecessarily huge and heavy) and everything else seemed to be ok, my personal belongings were ceremoniously packed up by a staff member and removed from my room on the day I was "supposed to" check out. I was furious about this and stated that I had spoken to the staff member upon check-in, about this arrangement. It wasn't as if I was changing rooms, cos I was put back in the same room I was in! I was furious and the staff knew that I was very upset. I also asked them for compensation of some sort. I didn't ask for anything specific, but no compensation was offered. Upon departure, I again expressed my disappointment in how this was handled. I received an email from a staff member, upon my return to Australia, asking that I speak to them over the phone about what happened. I informed them that I was already home, and that I didn't feel the need to have to again repeat what had happened, when they could have gotten the entire story from one of their staff. But I did say, that if they wanted to call me, they had my number, and that they could call me, noting the time difference between Australian and the UK. I also stated that I would accept a refund of the cost of 1 days stay as compensation, but I have since had no reply to my email, nor a telephone call. I would NOT recommend this hotel due to the incompetent behaviour of the staff and the lack of compensation offered.

This is a perfect small hotel in thr centre of London. Stayed 2 nights as it was close to the London Palladium and was attending a concert nothing days. Although the rooms are pretty small, they are immaculate and perfect for a short stay. When booking through the hotel website you get a bonus of cheese and biscuits and wine, each night between 5pm & 8pm. Staff are all lovely. Would highly recommend m.
