We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience at Point A Hotel Canary Wharf.That is correct, we do not have kettles in our rooms, our maintenance person has investigated and found that the A/c unit was working as it should be. Our website does show what facilities and what the hotel offers. You were given hot water when you asked the team, however on check out, you had not mentioned any concerns to the team member on duty.
