Good room for 100 hundred pounds on the premium Saturday night but in the hight of summer going up to 200 pounds then not a good deal local to Bethnal Green metro

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel in Shoreditch. I had booked a family room with a double bed, a couch, and a city view, and I paid extra for it. However, upon arrival, the hotel downgraded my booking without any explanation and provided me with a smaller room that only had a double bed with not a city view, which was originally priced lower than what I paid. Despite raising the issue, the management refused to honor my original booking or adjust the price accordingly. To make things worse, basic services were completely lacking. No late-night water or coffee facilities, making it highly inconvenient for guests arriving late. Breakfast was another disaster – it was available for an unreasonably short time, and by the time we got there, most of the food was already gone. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to be overcharged, misled, and receive terrible service. Avoid at all costs! I need a compensation for my bad experience as I paid extra for the room I booked.

Nice modern hotel with great size beds, bathroom is lovely and lighting is all great. I had a room without a window which felt very weird but there are enough lights inside to distract you! It’s also really close to the tube station. Unfortunately my room was really, really dirty. I think the only thing they’d done was cleaned the bathroom and changed the bedding and even then, the end of the duvet cover was on the left rather than the foot of the bed and it was inside out. I didn’t feel comfortable being in the bed areas as everything around it was dirty. Check in wasn’t easy as even though I booked my room more than 24 hrs before arrival their system hadn’t picked it up so I had to wait 25 mins. Only other thing to note if you have sound sensitivities is that you can definitely hear what’s going on in the corridors and the plumbing system is very loud even when another room flushes their toilet you can hear the plumbing doing its thing through your room.

Good value stay in this well-located capsule-style hotel. Right in the centre of Bethnal Green near the tube station, bus stop, museums, York Hall leisure centre, and various restaurants. Felt fairly safe for a lone female traveller. The compact Queen room was small, as expected, but well designed and did not feel too claustrophobic for one person. The bathroom was nicely decorated, clean and warm. Large TV with various apps (login required). Nespresso machine but no kettle or fridge. The room (on the third floor) looked straight out to the railway line and restaurants under the arches, but the soundproofing was excellent and the blackout blind seemed effective so I had a good night's sleep. Staff were helpful (providing me with a knife and fork to eat a takeaway, for example) but the self-check in/out was unnecessarily complicated, which meant the staff felt they had to be on hand to help guide you through it all the time anyway! Breakfast was included in my room rate but was a little disappointing - no decaffeinated coffee or herbal teabags, fairly limited hot food (bacon, scrambled eggs, beans and hash browns). However the pastries, cereals and so on looked good. Would stay again if a good price was available.

Fantastic hotel super close to London Underground to get into town (Central Line) but also amazing area to explore if you want to learn more about the East End and it's treasures. To have breakfast added onto very reasonable price I paid was an absolute bonus! John, Sandra were amazing and accomodating as always. A lovely team and wonderful vibe. The photo was from my window. You would never think you were in such an urban area as Bethnal Green.
