Good hotel comparing to many old ones that London has to offer.

Always stay at this hotel for the location. Had an issue with the room at first. Sent to wrong one but very quickly sorted and very apologetic, offered us breakfast but decided not to take it as already payed in advance.

酒店位置很好，近地鐵站，只需步行約5分鐘，職員態度友善， 房間新淨，整體環境乾淨整潔，期待下一次再次入住，值得推介！

Hôtel très bien situé mais la salle de bain mériterait d’être rénovée. Le train passe juste en a côté. La qualité du petit-déjeuner est médiocre.

Små rum, inte rena, med spår av tidigare gäster, smutsigt rumslinne, badlakan med hår från andra gäster eller personal, korridorer luktar illa, dålig frukost och vi fick hår i äggen (de hade precis kommit från köket), råttor på baksidan av hotellet (väldigt många) vandrar runt kläderna i gästernas rum! Det enda bra är läget. Åh och vad mer: det finns ingen luftkonditionering för värmen... de lade till en fläkt som gör ett fruktansvärt ljud!

Very bad experience at this hotel the location is great staff are amazing very firefly helpful really can't do enough for you but the downside room was very unclean hairs in the shower tray thick dust all along the skirting picture frames etc carpet was stained the bed was stained tea marks on the walls very unpleasant also the room has no air con only a small fan and in 28 degree heat the room was unbearably hot not to mention being right by the train tracks was very noisy trains only stopped at 1am and started again around 4am hardly slept at all the breakfast was nice and always being replenished staff there again were lovely just s shame the cleanliness and noise lets it down

My friend and I visited from the 29th of December to the 31st of December 2024. We had a wonderful stay. We paid for early check-in, and Doris was extremely helpful to us. She gave us extra tea, coffee, and milk. We had a drink in the bar, and she kept coming to talk to us. She was very friendly and funny. This was the 3rd time we stayed at this travelodge and it is always clean and tidy. We always book breakfast when we stay and it's always delicious. We went to see the panto Robin Hood at the Palladium on Sunday, and on Monday, we we had an afternoon tea bus tour around London. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again, and I definitely recommend it to others

The staff were lovely. Nothing was too much for them to do for you. You ask a question they answered with knowledge. A prime example of good customer service. I sleep for 12 hours the beds were so comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. The only problem for me was that it was to far from public transport for me to walk to.

An ok hotel to stay when visiting The Tower of London. Close enough. In need of TLC. Room very cold on arrival we had to wait till the heating kicks in. Bathroom felt unclean so did the whole hotel. Beds duvets pillows ok. Breakfast was fine except the sausages that were hard as rocks. Tube, Bridge and Tower of London 5 minute walk. 5 stops on tube to central London. All members of staff very friendly and efficient.

Came to spend New Year’s Eve firework display at the tower bridge with my fiance and enjoyed every moment in this branch. Such a lovely stuffs at the front desk which made us fell special and enjoyable stay. This lady name Ripa was kind and helpful with clear instructions on our breakfast deal, Excellent customer service. Highly recommend by happy guest.

This is our go to hotel when staying in central London. Close to Tower Hill tube and then the fantastic St Katharine’s docks just around the corner. The staff are always welcoming and the rooms clean and well maintained. There is a bar in site.
