Clean facility and room Friendly staff Close to tower bridge and Tower of London (perfect location for touring around east London by foot) Breakfast was great Would highly recommend and would stay again

Great location and a brilliant option when needing somewhere simple to crash after a night out. Hotel was very quiet, staff on hand to help with check in. Really clean and pleasant room. Would stay again.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

This was our first stay in a hub and wow. It was affordable, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Free tea and coffee. Our room had a fab view of the Shard and the river Thames. Lots of attractions and restaurants minutes away! We will be booking again for August.

Great value for London, good location near tower Bridge. Breakfast was excellent. Staff where very helpful. Room clean & tidy. Should of been told our room had no window, felt claustrophobic. If I was staying more nights I would of are to move rooms.

A clean and comfortable hotel! We stayed for 3 nights. The location is convenient and allow us to access to Tower bridge and St. Paul's church. We are so appreciated the front dest Andreea and Sarua. Nice and solve problem effectively. recommend! Will come back for the next time trip!

Great little hotel. Our room was small but highly functional and very clean. The staff were excellent. Additionally the little restaurant provided a very good and reasonably priced breakfast. location was perfect for our stay, which was for sightseeing.

Compact room with everything needed for overnight stay. Good location near Tower Bridge. Hot drinks available for hotel guests (FOC) in the cafe (no kettle in the room) Great value continental breakfast with plenty of options - with freshly made coffee.

From arrival until leaving every interaction with a staff member was great, so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Hotel extremely clean and modern. Room compact, but had everything I needed, and it was really only to sleep in. Fantastic location, close to Tower Hill Uber boats and tube line. Lots of nearby restaurant choices and pubs. The hotel was extremely quiet and I would highly recommend. Thank you to every staff member who genuinely made me feel welcome

A simple but effective hotel, with small rooms that fit both a box bed and a table together in one, while still allowing for comfort. The storage spaces are enough to hold some clothing and shoes you bring. The bathrooms have enough space to hold amenities you bring. A highlight were the touch controls for the lights and AC at the bed.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel for our first time in London. The location is extremely convenient, we moved everywhere either on foot or with the subway: many metro stops are in neighbourhood. Despite the fact that the room is very compact , there is enough space to store everything and the shower is spacious. We had breakfast included (this is a selling point!). All the staff was so kind and careful about guests'needs (except for one occasion when they forgot to make-up our room even if requested as they recommended at check-in. We appreciated their apologies anyway). Considering the hotels rates in this area, we found the price well balanced with the offered standards: in the end our experience was positive.
