King's Cross Express Inn recensioner

Convenient location very close to King’s Cross St Pancras station, nice restaurants nearby (McDonald’s and Burger King are nearby). Helpful staff (we check-in earlier and the staff helped to move our suitcases to the room), quick check-in, beverage bar in the check-in counter if u don’t want to go out to shop drinks, fragrance corridor, big, bright and new renovated family room with windows, hygiene bedding’s, smart TV, air-conditioning is good, shower is strong and comfortable, toilet flushing system is strong, toothbrushes are provided, big mirror, new power sockets and USB chargers for electronic appliances, new bath towels are given everyday! No elevator (this could be difficult for guests who are carrying big suitcase), WiFi is weak and not able to connect sometimes, Not enough desktop place, sound proof could be improved, welcome bottled water are only provided for 1 time and no more replenishment, room clean-up only in every 2 days, hair dryer is available upon request.

Great location and pretty solid amenities

Great little hidden gem in London. The room was compact but immaculate with an amazing shower/toiletries and facilities. The bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Perfect location for jumping on the tube to get around the city with a 5 minute walk to KC or St. Pancras stations. Staff were polite, attentive, and welcoming. Plus, the added bonus of luggage storage to continue exploring after checking out.

Had a lovely stay here, just one night short and sweet. Lovely accommodating staff ! Will be back

It's a small room for two. Hard to have luggage opened. Newly renovated, Very close to King's Cross Station. Very convenient to take train to Cambridge / Oxford and other towns

Wonderful location, near to King’s Cross station which is very convenient. And most importantly, the room is well-equipped with air-conditioning as well which is perfect.

服務人員態度好，酒店非常光猛，乾淨企理，房間雖然不大，但基本配套可以接受。住得舒服，因為都非常乾淨。最重要就係燈光足夠洗手間有sensor只要在床一有郁動便自動開燈這個值得讚賞。

房間太窄，放完行李後，走路的空間都很困難，好處就是地點方便，離國際火車站和地鐵站很近。如果要在住上幾天就不建議，如果是路過要坐火車可以。

酒店位置比較佳，在地鐵站行5分鐘左右可以到達。但酒店外面沒有清晰指示是酒店，只有一個細圓形牌。酒店房實在太細，廁所根本不能轉身。另外，酒店差不多是沒有清潔及整理房間，我們住4天，只有1天執房。咖啡及廁紙也要我們主動要求才有。不知是否大部份倫敦的酒店是如此。但我們用了差不多港幣1700元一晚，得到這樣的 服務，真是沒有下次。

房間雖小 五臟俱全 但真的有點太小 連一個行李箱打開的位置都沒有 行李箱都需要放在床上打開 不過看起來剛整修完 地理位置也不錯 可能剛好房間在地下室的最角落 所以收不到Wi-Fi 用自己的網路也收不到

衞生條件，設施都很不錯，但是客房服務是印度英語，考驗聽力，沒什麼特殊情況還好，攜程客服有問題會及時幫助溝通。

酒店距離kingscross火車站很近，且附近生活十分便利。餐廳超市都很齊全，如果需要在出行前多待一晚是一個很不錯的選擇。 前台的印度店員對顧客十分友好，入住體驗很愉悦。 酒店沒有電梯，對攜帶大行李箱的顧客不太友好，可以考慮把行李箱中需要的東西先拿出來後將行李箱寄存在前台位置。酒店中各樓層都放置了電動香水噴灑裝置，可能有點太香了。 房屋空間較擁擠，是一進屋就跌到床上的地步。但床下空間很多，可以將包中東西拿出來再把包塞到床底。

地址位置很不錯，在kings cross附近步行幾分鐘就能到，這個價位是很不錯的選擇了，前台是印度員工，服務出奇的好，在英國待這麼久了也住過不少酒店前台服務態度幾乎為0，鮮有這家印度小哥熱情的服務態度，這點真的很驚喜。缺點就是房間實在太小，不過價格便宜，衞生還算乾淨，也能接受。綜合下來，是kings cross附近性價比很高的酒店了。

房間很小，在床上伸手就能摸到所有，一個人來旅行我覺得很好了，不過兩個人就稍微有點小了，衞生紙比中國薄很多，洗手盆總要擋着半個馬桶，床邊有點滑，但是整體我覺得還是可以的，電視超大，看着也很爽，有點像住在膠囊裏，旅行嘛就應該去享受未知的一切，不用去抱怨，減少期待，得到的就會超乎想象
