Pelican London Hotel and Residence recensioner

. Check it out, there was a disappointing story. On January 11, a woman comes to the room and asks about checking out today. embarrassing. Sorry the hostel style is more relaxed - cheaper and bette rstyle.

Good place to stay. No parking space. Room was to small no space for two people with luggage.

A lovely, clean room with friendly staff. The shower pressure was amazing. No issues at all. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Clean. Good location. Near to Underground station. Bed could use plumper pillows. Over all good amenities. Wished there was a small iron in my room. But overall good stay. A/C is a plus!

Location is good.. room is not small and cozy

The hotel location is okayish but there is a shortage of staff. I have stayed in hotels much cheaper but with better service. To support my argument here I would say if you have a Hotel to give service to the customers then please do. The restaurant was closed, customers had to do everything on their own like filling bottles or bringing plates/ cutleries. There were never any staff available to do so. Room service as in changing the linens was told to be done the 2nd day of our stay but was never done rather was being changed to the 3rd day when we actually were leaving. There was a water logging issue in the bathroom sink and for all the towels provided there was a very weird smell coming from them, you would not ever want that to happen in a hotel!! To be concise I will point out the pros and cons here - Pros - Room and bathroom sizes were decent; Room was made every day; near the hospital which makes it convenient for people to stay for a night or two. Airy and well-ventilated rooms; Heater is provided separately in the room. Cons - Worst Service; Less and some were unresponsive staff; No Food options/ Breakfast options available - order from Just Eats/Uber Eats/ Deliveroo/ or any other preferable app or just walk for 15-20 mins to maybe get something??; Clumsy room entrances; More like a unserviced apartment. Have this option has a spare one or an emergency option, I would recommend it to anyone who is aiming to have a good stay experience.

The room is small but clean. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the metro and train station.

i’ve always liked pelican, the deluxe room was amazing and the staff provide a lot needed. deluxe studio has got a whole kitchen.

Excellent as usual,but room amenities can be improved
