Let me write at length. Location: AAAAA You have access to Pimlico and Victoria and a comfortable number of TfL buses Service: B+ I should be harsher, but I get it. They say that they could not charge a card that should have been pre-authorized over a month prior. But, we also live in a time where ghost customers joy-reserve bookings on fake cards seeping into their profit margins. I can’t help but feel punitively charging me the walk-in rate is misdirected vindictiveness. But, it is within the rules. A grey area in the rules lies in them not contacting the customer about a card decline issue. Though their service recovery was fine: they gave me an upgraded two bed room with a nice view of Belgrave Street outside. WiFi was also consistent and available. I did not appreciate the initial coldness that the innkeeper had with my arrival, but people do grow bitter after they see the worst of men. Amenities: B The shower and bathroom were recently renovated. The kettle could use a rinse and clean out - dust and dampness. The wall mounted heater has not been renovated, but I am sure that they will get to it soon. Bonus: AAA Belgrave Street is picturesque. There are plenty of photography opportunities here and at the nearby church. Tate Britain also stays open until 6:00pm and allows museum goers through until just before closing time. I got to spend 45 minutes inside to see the Grenfell mural and several 17th century pieces. This would have been out of reach if I weren’t at Corbigoe and the Belgrave Street area. Conclusion: This hotel doesn’t deserve the negativity. They shouldn’t raise prices until renovations of those heaters are done. But, for what they charge for lodgings and what is provided, I am happy to have been in their stewardship for my overnight stay.

I booked the room (Room 15) for one night. It was so pathetic. Didn't have a lock for the bathroom door when we asked they literally said " you are just a group of 3 girls, you can adjust". And we found blood stains on the bed sheets and duvet cover and for that he replied " oh it maybe lipstick stain from anyone". He was just giving us unnecessary excuses other than solving it. The second guy who came for the night shift was nice. They just lack basic hygiene. Will not suggest it to anyone I know.

Although the hotel wasn't the cleanest the location was excellent, only a ten minute walk from Victoria station. This hotel is perfect for those that spend all day sightseeing and return to the hotel just to sleep. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

Had a great sleep, no TV. Wet roo. Was wet. Windows opened and are in a state of repair.

There's a thick layer of dust covering on the radiator. The carpet is so dirty. Dust and hair are on the bedding. The comforter is very dirty. The air is stale and sometimes smokey. Kettle, tissue box, table, chairs, wifi and lift are not provided.

Overall very pleased with our stay, can’t grumble for the price, handy for the tube.

The room that I had book was not similar to the picture they shared. It was underground and the smell of paining was annoying. I asked them to change my room and fortunately they gave me another room on the ground floor.

Horrible. Worst hotel ever. Extremely dirty. You could see stains everywhere. The smell couldn’t be worse. Avoid at any costs. The location is the only good thing, but still not worth it.

You get what you paid for. However location is very near to stations. Service is good

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in my whole life and I'm not picky at all. The room was smelly and dirty. The sheets although washed were covered with stains. Тhe bed covers were crumpled into a ball on the floor and duvets were without sheets and dirty. The water in the shower was barely leaking. Towels were missing but we got 2 after I asked for. There was dirt and rust everywhere. We stayed there because it was for 2 nights and we're not a picky couple but if you happen to be stuck there with nowhere to go - better go and sleep at Victoria train station - much cleaner and warmer. There positive things were the TV, internet and electric jar.

First of all the receptionist was very rude and not helpful. The room was very dirty and had bugs , toilet shaking and no hot water . I was scared all night if the room was going to collapse. The smell in the room coming from the toilet was horrible. I was given one towel and I booked for 3 guests. There was no shower gel or soap , they talked about breakfast on the website but that’s not true . The whole hotel needs inspection by health inspectors. My children have rash rashes on their bodies because of dirty beddings . I would not recommend this place to anyone
