City View Hotel Stratford recensioner

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Shockingly, they didn’t even provide necessities like drinking water, which should be a minimum standard at any accommodation. The worst part of the stay was the complete lack of peace. Throughout the night, someone kept banging on our door, which was very disturbing and made us feel unsafe. This happened multiple times, and there was no explanation or support from the staff. We barely got any sleep because of the constant noise. The room itself was in very poor condition. It was noisy, not properly cleaned, and the bed was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The sheets looked stained, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. As a couple looking forward to a relaxing stay, this experience was far from what we expected. We left feeling frustrated and exhausted. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless serious improvements are made in both service and cleanliness.

It’s a bit too dated for me , feel like I was stuck in 2006. Old tv and the flooring is a definite no from me . The bed was also so so creaky and weak. I wouldn’t come again , it’s cheap but there are better hotels with a similar price range

I always have a good time at the city view hotels. They’re obviously not 5* and not trying to be. Good if you need a comfy bed and safe place to stay with friendly staff that respect your privacy.

The location is very good and the staff were also friendly and helpful.

It was clean, big room. I believe they can improve on the bed mattress!

너무 불청결하다고 생각했습니다. 커피 포트 내부도 다 녹이 슬어있고 시설도 별로 였고 주변 시설도 이용할것들이 마땅히 없었습니다

看起來像一家子印度人開的旅店，祖孫三代人，一套舊別墅，在倫敦48磅一晚確實挺便宜的。距離Stratford地鐵站和Stratford center挺近，交通便利。附近消費便宜，一盒葡萄🍇1磅，6個雞翅加薯條加可樂4.2磅，很好吃，同樣的東西在市中心11.95磅，味道沒有差別。住了4晚。不介意不打掃。床很乾凈，洗澡水很好就夠。
