It is difficult to write a review about this hotel, as it is such a mixed experience. I have divided and written about it in different parts and given grades on these. THE ROOM We stayed in a three family room on the fourth floor. It's small, but so is everywhere in London. It wasn't something we had a problem with. We liked how the room was decorated and we slept well in the beds. I give the room four out of five. BREAKFAST Worst breakfast I have ever had in my entire life and I mean it. There wasn't much to choose from and what was available was really the cheapest you can think of. There were no toppings like cheese or hams, just marmalade. The eggs were green.. they had cooked so long that they turned green. I give the breakfast zero out of five. SERVICE The service was not London standard, as you are used to getting extremely good service in London. Some provided better service than others. But unfortunately it won't get a good grade either. Service two out of five. THE AREA It is well located and the bus leaves right outside the hotel and it takes you to Victoria station and into town Piccadilly and Trafalgar Square. Area four out of five. SUMMARY Unfortunately, it will only be a three for our stay, as the breakfast drags it down extremely much and when I look at what we had to pay for our accommodation, the breakfast should have been better.
