The room had a horrible musty smell. The carpet had a big red stain on the floor. The room hadn't been cleaned properly as there was bits of litter and dust on the floor. The room had a balcony but the door was locked with no key provided. There was an outdoor light on the balcony that couldn't be turned off in the room, so the light was coming in either side of the curtain all night. There were no drinking glasses provided for water. The breakfast was terrible - no clean drinking mugs provided, ran out of bread for toast, hardly any options. Overall this room was not worth the money I paid for it.

We stay here over the weekend.The room was clean,staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, the hotel is near to central London. There are lots of pubs and restaurants around. Thank you for making our stay lovely. Definetly we will come back.

I’m currently here now! I was very nervous about coming here as I booked it before reading the reviews. I even phoned up another hotel in the area to find out availability but then decided I will check this one out. The reception was very nice, quick check in. I got to my room and was pleasantly surprised, the room is spacious and spotless. The bathroom is very clean and so is the rest of the room, the bed is comfy. There is a bit of traffic noise but that’s because it’s on a busy road.. if you don’t want to hear traffic I suggest staying in the country side and not a city. I’ve also seen some reviews stating they hear trains, and whilst that is true you can hear trains because your opposite a train station it is not loud enough to wake you up, I can only hear it if the tv is off etc. There are bars very close by, as well as convenience stores and places to eat. I would stay here again and recommend it too other people!

Quite possibly one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. The room was incredibly Dirty and and stained. The pictures of this hotel online are a gross exaggeration. My recommendation is to find somewhere else to stay, in London as the budget price does not justify the terrible experience.

Me and my partner stayed here and they have never taken a deposit of £50 ! But the last time we stayed they asked for £50 deposit what my partner payed they said he would get refunded but he never did ! Every room has something broken it’s like they want ppl to be charged ! Theirs no heating or air cons

Checked into a dirty room with others peoples documents and mess that hadn’t been cleaned. Been moved into a room where the window handle is broken so the window doesn’t shut, backs onto a train station so extremely loud. I asked reception if there is another room and she said no. The manager then said if we check out now we can have a refund and we will have to find another hotel (at 9pm) otherwise we won’t be getting a refund or any sort of compensation.

First j rang hotel asking where I should park and was sent to a car park that closes with a £30 fine plus your hours parked if you leave car after hours so had to street park in the end. The room was faultless and j sleepted well. The Breakfast was terrible for the price I was expecting a full English only to find out the only cooking was a boiled egg which was not ready and was told I would have to wait 5 minutes for, there was toast with ham and cheese but if you wanted toast with a spread the only option was honey unbelievable for what the price including breakfast was. Save your money and get breakfast somewhere else.
