India and Rafa the absolute amazing staff who are always present at The Boundary, always go above and beyond to make sure everyone.. not only us are taken care of to each and everyone’s individual needs. India made sure me and my girlfriend had an amazing Anniversary and upgraded us to more comfortable seats without asking to accommodate no hesitation. Top tier service

There was a club next door, which I had no idea of else I wouldn't have booked this. You could hear the vibrations through the pillow when you try to sleep (even when you wear the earphones they provide - red flag!) and the single pane glass makes it even easier to hear what everyone's saying outside the club and what songs are playing. It's perfect for when the music stops at 4am and all you have to do is go next door to get to your room. The crowds outside after the 4am kick out went quiet at 5am. Be very mindful when booking this hotel. It is very unfortunate that this is what I'm writing because the rest of the hotel and amenities were wonderful! Staff were great, the rooftop bar was lovely, the room was the biggest I've stayed in in London, and it's in a trendy area. It's the fact that the main reason I book a hotel is to sleep, so without being able to sleep there's no point in booking the hotel.

Still my absolute number 1 hotel when visiting London. Amazing rooms, even the standard ones. Big space, great interior, nice individual designs and all amenities you can think of. Incredible comfy beds !! The staff was, as always, super friendly and helpful. Great restaurant with friendly service. Well located in the heart of Shoreditch and easily accessible with public transport. Super quiet although in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Highly recommended and I will certainly come back soon !

We have stayed at the Boundary four times, probably the most we’ve stayed at any hotel anywhere. I love everything about this hotel - service, location, rooms, design, restaurants, value - it’s all at the Boundary! I prefer the Corner Bedroom but smaller rooms are spacious and well appointed with Aesop products and robes. Can’t wait to return!

Stayed for one night at the Boundary, as we were attending an event at the O2. The check-in was flawless and friendly. We were upgraded to a Duplex Lux Suite, which was a pleasant surprise and gratefully received! A shame we were not here for longer. The room was absolutely spotless, with no marks at all on the pale carpets and walls. The furnishings were of a comfortable style with a modern touch, very nice. The lounge area had a large dining table and a great separate facility to work from. There was a sofa and a large comfy butterfly chair. The bedroom had a lovely set up with a comfy bed and fine linen. The adjoining bathroom was large with a large tub and shower and the best fluffy towels. The toiletries were Aesop, which are one of our favourites, which we enjoy at home. Breakfast was a fine and casual affair, where we had the avocado, bacon on toast and the baked eggs. A very comfortable stay, with a cool vib and excellent staff. It is in a great location for the London transport network also. Getting to and from the O2 was a breeze and getting back to Kings Cross could not be easier, as the bus was a short walk away.

The Boundary Shoreditch is a fantastic option for a stay in the East End. This boutique hotel had everything you need for a great home base. Cool vibe, spacious rooms, 2 restaurants/bars (one on the roof). It is also in a great location: short walk to Brick Lane, Spitalfields, and literally steps to fantastic restaurants like Dishoom, Smoking Goat, BRAT etc. Tons of cool stores and coffee shops on every block, and well-connected to London Transport. I wanted to find someplace my 20-something kids would like and this delivered on all counts.
