London City Airport Hotel recensioner

Just good for a night stay while waiting for the next day flight. Nothing in the location.

The receptionist was rude. I booked a room but at 5am they didn't let the customer check in and even chased the customer away. Bad business, I won't come back again.

The customer service team was very friendly and helpful . I would recommend this location

At the very least, I think anybody would expect respect when arriving at a hotel, where they have to accommodate you & your request. Upon arrival, I could see the reception being kind & courteous to guests however when my partner & I were greeted was an immediate switch. Quite cold & apathetic. No good evening or professional service - very passive. I thought, maybe, it was just that particular receptions or he was having a bad day but it was all front of staff I encountered. Just be nice. Regardless of the different types of people you get, it’s more effort to be unkind than to be nice. That or change careers. The rooms are average to say the least. I booked for a room with a river side view but got a room in front of a warehouse, I could BARELY see the river. There was a stain behind the pillow so it looks like it was trying to be hidden. The location is good, I got to the places I needed to get fairly quickly. Needless to say, this was booked to celebrate my partners birthday after travelling to Dubai & he did not enjoy his stay at all, neither did I. I was going to book another hotel the night my partner & I arrived but my partner didn’t want to put me through the trouble.

Rooms were small, like an Easy hotel, but comfortable, clean etc, not the cheapest either

After taking bath, the whole washroom is full of water. Not far away from the airport

Suitable for early flights, but no restaurants or groceries stores near by

Not sure how I feel about this hotel, amenities are clean but not new.

Albergo molto carino a un passo dall'aeroporto. Sicuramente un posto perfetto in cui tornare. Adattissimo a chi arriva tardi o deve partire presto dall' areoporto. Molto molto pulito
