Premier Inn London Hampstead

Perfect stay with comfy quiet rooms, friendly and caring staff and good quality food. The hotel has plenty of parking and there is a discount code. It is situated conveniently by the underground which we got off and Euston and back on for the Victoria line for green park very easily. The hotel itself is situated in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and bars close by. Would stay again

Nothing to not like. Location great, quiet but easy travel to Camden & centre. Hotel room was modern & neat. Bar & restaurant were excellent & breakfast was immense. Good selection of drinks at the bar. But the best thing, every member of staff was lovely, helpful & friendly. I'll definitely go back.

This is the fourth time I've stayed in this establishment and I was glad to be back. Since I last visited, major changes and upgrades had been made in particular to the quality of the fittings in the bedrooms. The sound proofing is excellent as is the air con. I was not particularly keen on the lack of human receptionists by the machines seem to work fairly well and the staff are always on hand in case of difficulty. We stayed for four days and found that the staff were attentive and proud of their jobs. Nothing is cheap in London these days at the price tag is about right for the quality and availability of services. I don't like the fact that there are no telephones in the room and if you want help after 11:00 p.m you have to hit an emergency button in the corridor. The hotel is very convenient for the local hospital when visiting etc and the high quality food shops nearby mean that you can pop out for a snack or a bottle of something if you feel like it. Hampstead Heath is 10 minutes away and I recommend a walk on it any time of the year what you need to love dogs

From check in- so easy, to being greeted in the restaurant where the hosts were outstanding. The food was perfect, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and so quiet ! we could not fault it. We travel and stay at premier inns across the country and this is the best of the best . I shouldn’t write this because I’m trying to stay there tomorrow night and it’s fully booked ! The restaurant doesn’t have tinny music screeching out in a canteen-like lit room. Lighting is more subtle as is the music . The staff were SO respectful during dinner. When iin London this is going to be our base . Brilliant

The Premier Inn in Hampstead is a great place to stay if you are visiting London for pleasure. It’s a short stroll to Hampstead Village and Belsize Park - both have plenty of good restaurants and bars. Belsize Park Tube Station (Northern Line) is 5 minutes away. The rooms (albeit small) are very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Unlike other Premier Inns that I have stayed in, there are walk-in showers in the standard rooms which is a bonus in my opinion. It’s really good value. I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat there, but the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I visit London.

As soon as we arrived everything was perfect. Cute lobby, welcoming staff. Nice rooms, comfy bed. We were traveling with 2 kids that got their own mini bed. Perfect for families traveling with pre-teens and younger. The room was very clean and well decorated. As an American we don’t have this brand so I wasn’t familiar. Very happy we gave it a try, whole family was very pleased!
