Excellent hotel in great central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet room with plenty of tea, coffee, water and toiletries. Nice touches! Lovely rooftop bar & restaurant - expensive but it is central London! Would definitely visit again.

Great location just 2 mins walk to China town, and 5 mins walk to Leicester Square and charging station. This hotel is small but have all you need. New and unique. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, totally no communication problem, can speak cantonese and mandarin. Strong recommend

This is my hotel in London! The location is great. The hotel itself is clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff are very cheerful and helpful, and I've stayed here a few times, so I was happy that they remembered my face. The coffee at the cafe on the first floor is also delicious. Overall, I'm always very satisfied. Thank you. I'll come again!

Excellent location , room is small but enough for one person . The room is new and clean . No fridge . I will come back again

Very convenient location! Just few minutes away from Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross Station. We walked to all the popular areas like Soho, Covent Garden and Leicester Square. The hotel room is clean and newly renovated. Minibar is filled daily with mineral water,a soda and small snacks. This adds a nice touch. Staff is friendly and we feel safe around the area. They sell great coffee too at the lobby area. The only disadvantage is the room area is small. I guess it’s the same for the hotel rooms in that area.

Location is superb, worth recommending to everyone. I literally felt like living in the center of universe in the sense that you can reach all the major sightseeing places within 30min walking distance. Right across street from the National Gallery and National Portraits Gallery, about 20min walking to the British Museum. Generally it’s clean except for on the first night I had to call hotel room to send someone to declog the shower drain. Other than that the overall stay experience was great. Would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel has a good location and the room is newly furnished. Staffs are very well-mannered and helpful.

We couldn't ask for more. We upgraded, I was pregnant 32 weeks and thy tried there best to give me close room the the lift the room was spotless, and the service was amazing! They helped us a lot. We are thrilled that we discovered this hotel. It has an amazing location and the hotel itself is fantastic. I highly recommend it. Believe me, we have been to many places, and this hotel has all the facilities of a 5-star establishment. I also want to thanks to Angel for her exceptional service. It's not every day that you come across such excellent service like hers Thank you page 8 for an amazing time. Unfortunately I lost my phone on Luton's airport so I don't have any images to share
