Ark Canary Wharf recensioner

absolutely amazing. the bed was so comfy and the room was spotless, had everything you would need for a few nights. stayed here for Pitbull at the O2 london, was perfect as a 5 min walk from South Quay DLR (which is open until way past midnight) and then from canary warf it was one stop to North Greenwich. highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Very clean but bathroom is made for small people. Also not enough toiletries.

Adored the view. The room is smaller than expected. How we can work for small trips and just personal space to detox. Amazing social rooms downstairs. The best pool view in London!

Arrived 2 hours after checkin and the room still was. It ready: room eww nice but annoying that the tv was not visible from the bed

Hotel was great. However the paint on the swimming pool roof was terrible. Also finding the parking was a nightmare with little to no help from reception. We went to one of their events in the bar and it was dreadful, was mainly a staff party. Promised three acts starting at 8pm however by 1130pm we only saw one act so we left after paying £30 entry. Would stay again but I would like to see many changes.

Booked a room for 5 nights for £2k and got no cleaning service at all during the stay. Location is bad with no shops. Service is really bad. They don’t have any resources and essentials needed for your stay. Expensive hotel with a lack of basic needs. No utensils provided. Don’t book or stay here unless you want to waste your money!!! Really expensive hotel! Not worth it at all!! Rubbish. Also be weary as cleaners will come into your room whilst you’re away outside and will come and fiddle with your stuff and steal items. My suitcase was all fumbled with. Avoid at all costs.

This place is one of my worst experiences. It's so warm that I almost fainted because there's no air conditioning or even a small fan. The whole night was unconformable, the bed gets soak wet. The toilet/bathroom is tiny that you almost can't get in.

Staff are rude for no reason

Het hotel was oké voor de basisvoorzieningen. Het was schoon, maar veel dingen waren stuk in de kamer, waaronder de deur van de douche en het bed. Het personeel was niet heel behulpzaam en leek niet met werk plezier aan het werk te zijn. Al met al was het oké voor de prijs, maar ik zou niet nog een keer hier boeken.
