Premier Inn London Tower Bridge recensioner

Great location, and friendly staff, but lacks of facilities the room is old, and the water pressure of the shower and tap is weak.

During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

酒店位置優越，周邊交通便利，公交出門就是，地鐵及火車站都很近，走路10分鐘左右，到各景點都很方便，倫敦鐵塔就在酒店附近，走路10分鐘。房間衞生很乾凈，唯一缺點就是洗澡水不會調。

チェックインして部屋に入ると冷房の設定温度が16℃でとても寒かった。 ボディソープ、シャンプーはあったがかなり薄まっていて、泡が全く立たなかった。更にリンスがなく苦労した。 タワーブリッジ付近に同名の別ホテルがあるようなのでその点注意が必要。

Decent hotel, good location. Jen at the restaurant is so good, very friendly and useful. The place offers good value for money. I have nothing else to say, so the next bit is to use the 200 characters. (Is it raining? Do I have an umbrella? Here)

Perfectly functional place to stay for a short trip to London with my family. What made the hotel really good was the staff and their hospitality in the restaurant. The lady called Maria who ran the breakfast buffet was so kind, helpful and genuinely friendly. Another lady on the evening restaurant shift was also really friendly and helpful, especially with our children. The staff are a credit to the hotel.

Me and my friends stayed in premier inn and Jean and Tishantae are very approachable and helpful to us especially when we dine in. They serve our food very quick. Anne is very approachable when we check in and she direct us where we need to go. Very professional staff.

We had an amazing experience here on the 20th and 21st of March - the restaurant is such a nice place to have a drink now that it has been revamped and the food was decent but the biggest compliment has to go to the staff who were friendly and helpful especially Jan - she couldn’t do enough for us and had a great sense of humour - they don’t make waitresses like her anymore she was awesome and we will definitely be back!!

I usually stay in the Langham or the Savoy when I come to London but chose this hotel as it was closer to the venue I was attending. The service and friendliness of staff was excellent from the beginning of our stay until the end. To me they were on par with those high end hotels. Priya at reception greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with getting us our room. The restaurant staff was also amazing, smiling and chatty, and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were standard but clean, the bed was comfortable and the room temperature was easy to adjust to our specific needs. I will definitely stay here again!

The service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they are all very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating my mum's 80th birthday and the staff couldn't have made it anymore special. Thank you Breakfast was very good, always a great selection and never ran out of food.

Great to find a hotel rather than a 'hub'. Think Premier Inn are sacrificing their values as a good family hotel for too many Hubs. They've really pared back on things like tea, coffee, milk, housekeeping. These are all left for the guest to ask for themselves, even after requesting a room clean the floor wasn't hoovered and after asking another day it was missed. We had booked 3 triple rooms but only got 2. When we asked we were told there wasn't the staff to put the single bed/sofa thing in so we were left with one uncomfortable chair and no where to set things. No way of contacting reception if you need to. Ungraded WIFI was still very poor, self check in didn't work. Beds are still super comfy, extra pillows and things are no problem, hotel overall was very clean, lifts work, very quiet, extra security on lifts so you have to use your pass key, restaurant looked good, prices were very fair for London, Bermondsley is a great area, lovely little shops, chilled night time vibe, 2 mins to Tube and bus stops right outside.
