Premier Inn London Putney Bridge

The shower in our room had no hot water unfortunately were more upset we had bothered them with the issue rather than actually trying to help with it. Breakfast was very disappointing. Parking is an issue here as well you have to book it somewhere else which isn't easy and then your still not sure you will actually have a space when you arrive. We will not be staying here again.

Stayed at Premier inn Putney Bridge Mon to Fri this week and was a great stay. Location is great for commuting into city centre to see the sights but nicely out to get away for some peace. Tube station couple minutes walk. Over the bridge to a great town with shops, bars and restaurants and bus stop right outside, perfect. We had room 116 which was a really big family room. Clean and comfortable as you would expect from the premier inn Staff were nice, friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant 3 out of 4 nights and had no complaints at all food was good as was breakfast. The only negative I can say, which is not a biggy at all, is that the place could do with some TLC. Little tatty in places but nothing that affected our stay and we will go stay again. We stay in many premier inns and to be honest they have all been in need of TLC so its no reflection on the staff at all

We stayed here for two nights and can't complain at all. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room clean and bed comfortable, shower great and breakfast good. We also parked our car underneath the hotel in paid parking with no issues. Sadly booked too late for a river view room As others have said, the hotel is run down and quite shabby, definitely in need of an upgrade. One of the two lifts was also out of order, hence the four star rating, although the price does probably reflect this. However, the location was perfect, you can walk to lots of restaurants, very near the Thames path and a great park opposite. We would definitely stay here again.

You can't fault the location, just 3 mins walk from Putney Bridge tube on the district line. Can't fault the view from my 5th floor room of The River Thames through the big windows. Can't fault the staff who did a good job whilst I was there. But the building itself and the fixture and fittings inside needs some serious investment. Looks dreadful from the outside, Entrance lobby looks like something from a 1970's leisure centre. Vending machine didn't work, one of the lifts out of service, extractor fan in bathroom wouldn't stop working, water pressure at the sink was so poor it took a couple of mins to fill. Add to that a restaurant that feels like you are in a basement, pokey with no character and you really do wonder why Whitbreads don't do anything about updating it. It could be a jewel in the crown for a London hotel. At least I only paid £58 by booking ahead. Any more would have been a total rip off.

Was amazing everything. I like The room, The staff , the view. My vacation was fun, The hotel clean and The bed confortable. Also close to The station bus and I go also în The Park walking . Next vacation also I go there because I like so much The food

I stay at the Premier Inn Putney every couple of years and it’s a good experience. While looking a bit shabby on the outside, the staff are warm and welcoming and the room - I always book a river view room - are clean, the bed comfortable and it suits my needs. The only comment would be the shower water pressure could be stronger. However, value for money it’s great.
