Nice fresh and clean. Location wise very convenient and easy

The location is great as it’s near the Farringdon station. The neatly styled room is very comfortable as well. The main downside is that the water spills out of the shower room easily, and that tabletop spaces are limited. Overall an excellent experience.

Less than 5 mins walk to underground & Tesco. Nice and clean. They have 5 pound voucher for green event. So I had 2 glass of beer for free. Cheers ~

Sadly this was a terrible experience. 2 nights without air conditioning & no repair staff? Finally changed room for our last night. WARNING: this room is the smallest room we have ever booked! TINY TINY TINY. Did I say TINY? Awful. You literally **** were you sleep!!!

It was very close to the train station. The hotel staff were friendly.

A room with bunk bed was given instead of double bed written on the booking agent and slippers were not provided in the room. Other than these, the room was okay and the receptionist was nice.

Book for basic amenities and just a place to rest at night. Limited space for 2 luggage, no bottled water, no heater when requested.

Location ok , but room is too small ..

Hotel London City is in a really good location. It’s a short walk to Farringdon Station where you have railway links, tube stations and also Heathrow express links. The hotel itself was pretty basic and the bar closed at 11.30pm. You can however purchase drinks from a fridge but not much of a selection. The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean. Overall stay was good. Best thing is the location of the hotel.

The hotel located in a pretty good location. Room is a bit small but fair enough in the city centre.

Do not book with this hotel. I booked at a cost of nearly $2000 but well in advance of my arrival I had to cancel. They refused to refund or even a partialy refund even though I could provide coroborating eveidence that my cancellation was not frivelous and for a very good reason. Also be weary of any trip.com agent that offers you "trip coins" in compensation. The agent I was speaking to offered me 1500 trip coins leaving me with the impression that I could use them "next time I booked on trip.com". What he/she failed to mention was that 1500 trip coins is only worth a couple of dollars! Natually, being my first (and likely last) time I used trip.com I assumed that 1500 trip coins was worth much more than that! So moral of the story ... YOTEL sucks and trip.com sucks. Book using a more reputable booking site and with a more honourable hotel.
