This 4 star hotel is quite disappointed to us . The room assigned to us was flooded with water when one is taking shower. The water flown from the bathroom to the carpet in the room. The hair dryer was not working too. Although the hotel did change the room and hair dryer for us but its caused a lots of inconvenience and wasted our time. Further we can heard dog barking in the hotel!

”I feel obligated to share my experience to prevent others from enduring the same disappointment. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a pervasive and unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the premises, making it impossible to feel comfortable. However, what truly made my stay unbearable was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they exuded an air of arrogance, treating guests as though they were inconveniences rather than valued customers. The combination of a foul-smelling environment and unprofessional, condescending service makes it clear that this hotel does not deserve your time or money. There are far better options where guests are treated with respect and provided with a clean, pleasant experience.“

Only stayed for 1 night but had a really good experience. First impressions were amazing as we were greeted by Francesca who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She said she would upgrade us to a better room for no added price (we didn’t ask). Everything was very clear and easy to navigate. The room was better than I even imagined with a great view of the London eye and London Bridge. Would definitely return.

Upon checking in, we noticed a maintenance issue with the bathroom glass, which is supposed to blur when activated by a button. However, due to what seemed like an electrical fault, the glass remained fully transparent. Maintenance turned off the power to force the glass to blur, but it never functioned properly afterward. We were informed that the repair could not be completed the same day and would be scheduled for the following day, with a note left at reception to address it.
The next day, we informed reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was never fixed. We went out in the morning and came back to find the glass wasn’t fixed. We asked reception again later in the day, but the issue remained unresolved. While it wasn’t a major inconvenience for us, since the feature was part of the room, we believe it should have been addressed promptly—especially given that the glass offers a stunning view of London.

Overall a very good experience. Beautiful hotel in and great view! The cleaning was a bit sloppy but still to a decent standard.

I'd not personally booked an accessible hotel room before but with this I didn't feel judged or anything for my invisible disabilities when checking in. It was amazing being able to sit on a chair with the rain shower right above my head. The shower was a large walk in one. The room was a short walk from the lifts, a lot of others I have to walk a bit of a distance to my room so this was another plus. Clean, comfy room with all that was needed for our short stay including a mini fridge with water waiting for us when we arrived.. My friend and I really enjoyed the pool and saunarium where we used a jet stream to make the swim more of a challenge. It's something I'd love to use a lot since my arthritis makes working out difficult. The saunarium wasn't as dry as saunas I've been to so I could stay in longer, I could've even fallen asleep in there 😆 All staff we encountered were very friendly. Great location close to nice restaurants and the o2.

The hotel room is very clean and service at reception is very warm. It’s slightly far from the tube station (around 10 min walk to nearest underground/DLR station). View from the hotel room and the rooftop bar is superb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Canary Wharf, London on May 3rd 2024, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional service provided by one of the staff member, Marina Stan. Having stayed at the hotel a few times before, I can confidently say that Marina stands out as one of the best.
From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, nice, and elegant. Her professionalism and warm demeanour truly made my day.
What truly stood out was her thoughtful gesture of upgrading my room from an Executive room to an Executive suite. This upgrade made my stay even more enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.
Marina’s attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service has left a lasting impression on me and my partner.
I highly recommend this hotel and want to extend my heartfelt thanks too for making this stay particularly memorable.
I look forward to returning in the future!
