Courtyard London City Airport recensioner

This is really top hotel. Very modern, clean, silent room ans spotless clean bathroom with very comfortable shower. Reception quick, friendly and efficient. Walking distance to Airport less than 10 min. With rail to city center about 50 min. Really recommend.

Great location which only needs 10mins walk to the London city airport and the DLR station.

Good breakfast served early. It’s a ten walk from the airport but easy to find

Great stay modern room and clean

The service was excellent with food available around the clock. The room was really clean with all the amenities. Will definitely recommend.

It is very close to LCY Airport and the reception are very nice, the room is not very big but very clean. We can use Marriott APP to do the online checkin and checkout

Great hotel, near the bus and train station The staff is very helpful, the gym is small but very clean, definitely the best hotel I've stayed in London The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairs, and so more.

Perfect location for business travel. If you awaiting a flight it’s the perfect place to sit back & relax until it’s time to catch your flight.

Great place great service good sleep clean and will stay again

Room is nice and modern as you'd expect with Marriott. Tv software is great, allows you to stream wirelessly from your phone, and use the TV as a wireless speaker (playing music from your phone with the whilst the TV screen is black) which is great for those who like to sleep with music on. No complimentary items in room though, and having to pay to use hotel umbrellas is a bit of a piss take when paying so much for a room

The hotel is quite new, quiet room. Nice customer service and friendly staff. Not much amenities around. It is located in residential area, near to London City Airport. There is a metro line 10 minutes walking distance. Starbuck coffee is available in hotel cafe (lobby)

It was not a great start of our journey. For those who are traveling as a group of 3 - THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR YOU! called the hotel previously to inquire about staying over as a group of 3 (we had an early flight next morning) and couldn’t get through at all to reception The policy on trip.com page states we can pay for an extra bed, when we got there the receptionist lady was fine with it and let us checked in. After 30 min staying in the room they said only 2 people are allowed in the room and that we have to spend £150 for an extra room! The policy is clearly misleading and we had to spend over 30 mins dealing with this issue. Not a great experience
