The service is good. The room is clean. The only thing missing is slippers.

Had a great little upgrade on the day from the hotel staff when we checked in. The view from our room was great. Can see the london eye and all the trains leaving from waterloo. The sauna and pool was great too.

Hotel was perfect and great location, only disappointment was not getting a slot in the pool

The toilet and shower need a bit of an upgrade. It is still relatively clean, just a bit run down, shower head doesn't hold up properly and the water pressure was bad even though we were on level 3. The rest was amazing.

Staff is friendly and swimming pool was liked by my kids. Generally has a kind of dark color scheme / vibe to it. Location is good. Foldout bed was not good. Breakfast quality is so so, but convenient.

The room is smelly when we first checked in to the room, which made the mark for cleanliness low. We didn’t expect that a hotel worth £255 per night would be smelly, but it becomes a lot better after we turned on the air conditioner and waited for a couple hours. So we didn’t complain it. This made our first impression over the hotel bad. However, the location is quite convenient - just 1-2 stations to popular attractions e.g. Big Ben, London Eye and Westminster. Service is so-so. Not too bad but I couldn’t feel the enthusiasm of the check-in man. Amenities - we enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna very much. Please note that you have to book the time slot. No people were swimming in the pool so it seemed to be our private pool, which made us very happy. This is one of the selling point. Food - we tried the room service. The food was in a good standard but I won’t order again. Overall, it’s rare to see a 4-star hotel with swimming pool in London so it’s fine. The living cost in London made the price reasonable.

Overall satisfied with my 8 night stay. Relatively close to the tube and in a nice quiet neighborhood on the south bank of london. Many food options around within walking distance, good for business travelers.

Only 3 minutes away from the metro station, the room was big the bed was slightly soft but it didn't affect the sleep. Room service in the hotel could be improved.

Worst experience ever! Staying at the hotel for 8 nights, front desk staff said going Eco will help save the planet and housekeeping come every other day. So decided to switch to Eco for a night starting the 3rd night, as the room make up is really not up to par, so we wanna see if going Eco works better, however, what I got is no room make up for three consecutive nights (3rd, 4th, 5th). If we know going Eco means no refill of bottled water, toilet paper and shampoo, we definitely wont choose it. Keep texting the hotel chat channel for supplies, at the end, have to buy shampoo, soap and water on my own. Asking for an explanation, as staff promised there will be room make up on the 5th day but it’s not happened, no explanations were given, and no apologies either. So I cancelled going Eco, however, the room make up was done on the 6th night, then no more. My family and I were upset about the hotel experience, which contributed a bad impression to us for our London visit, we will never visit this hotel again and definitely not picking this hotel group for any future travel.

Lovely hotel 15 mins walk from Waterloo. The staff were very friendly and when our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, they offered a free drink voucher that was greatly appreciated. The cafe was a great place for a coffee and pastry while you wait for your room, and the reception and lounge was modern. Enjoyed our room on the 10th floor overlooking Waterloo area - loved the control panel for the lights & blinds! Very comfy large bed. Unfortunately the spa is closed, but you could still book a slot for the pool and sauna. The pool was far too cold (probably good for fitness, but no good when you want to relax), and the sauna & stream room didn't get very hot - but still nice to have this available at the hotel.
