I would give 0 if I could ! Avoid avoid avoid booked and told was Oxford street …. It’s not…. It’s 9 mins away and above a chip shop in soho. Was pestered for ID AND EXCESSIVE £££pre authorisation before we even got there. Only given the actual address minutes before check in. The place stunk of fish and chips… lots of damage and broken or missing things in the apartment …. Even the bathroom door doesn’t shut without trapping you!!!! Missing bulbs…. Dirty pillows….broken clocks cigarette burns……Never leave negative reviews but sadly … this company are truly awful. On the day of checkout they sent a message saying I needed to email them once vacated and leave by 10 or would be charged extra…. All a little bit threatening! I messaged and said I wanted to talk about the state of the accommodation… the cleanliness…. Location…. Oooh and they didn’t respond… 2 more messages and nothing…. Disgusting… hence this review. Avoid avoid avoid!

I was staying here in May 2022. You don't like small print? ...you should read it because on the day or arrival they wanted an additional £500 deposit for me to stay there, over the night rate. Of course it is refundable at their discretion. And they want a full id check by uploading all the passports of people staying. It all amounts to an incredible amount of work and worry, when you could simply avoid it by going elsewhere. When I said that this was unreasonable on the day of arrival, they put the phone down on me.
