Axiom W6 Hotel recensioner

Let me start with a caveat - I wanted to book a cheap rooms as it was just for a quick overnight stay - pretty much sleep and shower only needed. So I certainly wasn't expecting the Ritz or even Travelodge standards. However, although it was cheap, it certainly wasn't cheerful. The reception was empty when I arrived but the receptionist arrived well within the 5-10 minutes indicated on the sign on the window, which was fair enough, if he was the only staff member currently working. But then he took me to my room. The building was shabby, and the outside area was neglected and overgrown. The stairs and passageway down to the basement room were dark and dingy - nothing like the bright and welcoming views on the booking site. The room was small and compact, as I expected, but in no way resembled the shiny, sparkly, newly refurbished rooms on the booking sites. My room had certainly seen better days, as the furniture was scuffed and broken in some cases and unfortunately, on a swelteringly hot day, the fan controls didn't work properly. There were stains on the walls and floor, and the bathroom had stained grouting and signs of mould. None of which was pleasant. In mitigation, the bits that needed to be clean were clean - the bed and sheets, toilet and sink. The shower less so, but usable. I wouldn't say not to go to this place, as although it wasn't attractive in any way, shape or form, it did serve my needs for a cheap overnight stay, although rather unsavoury. Just don't expect it to look like the photos you see when you book it.

place is near to hammersmith station. it has a spacious place but is lacking of some some toiletries.

Only booked this hotel due to location as close to Eventim Apollo but wish I'd checked the reviews first. The room was filthy, I had to go to a shop to buy anti bac cleaning wipes. Everything was filthy. Room also smelt. Floor had not been hoovered / cleaned. Hairs everywhere. Walls had paint chipped off everywhere. Door frames hanging off. Shower tray stained and plug blocked so when showered it over flowed and flooded bathroom. Literally just slept here and avoided being in the room as long as possible!

An absolute shambles. Very tired, dirty and drab property. Nothing like the photos. Broken window, filthy inside. Hairs on the bed, tatty room. Unpleasant staff. Would not let my dog stay here! Never again

The room I booked n the room I got was completely different...but when I ask at the desk was told the decorating was was changed...well it look like it was changed for worse ...the room smelt ...the hall way up to the room smelt ..there was no proper heating ...the smoke alarm had a BOWL STUCK ON IT WIT THICK TAPE .I can go on n on but cant be bothered....I don't advice this place to any body..

Checked in at night, and the reality was nothing like the photos online. The bathroom faucet barely worked, multiple things were broken, and there was even trash left from the previous guest. The soundproofing was terrible. I requested a room change, but the front desk claimed they were fully booked. When I asked for compensation for the first night, they dismissed my concerns, saying everything was still “usable.” I had to get Trip.com involved, but the hotel remained unhelpful and unbothered. In the end, it was Trip.com that offered compensation, not the hotel. Definitely not worth staying here.

Wasn’t too bad, good location and nice room. Very dusty however and the lack of AC or a fan in the recent heat made is quite unbearable

The room provided was not the same as shown on the trip-web. We booked a 2-bed delux room but was assigned to a 2-twin-size-bed room. One of the beds was a sofa-bed. Layout of the room was weird. The furnitures (esp. sofa and cushions) were old and worn with dirt marks. The small kitchen had bad smell. I can hardly say it was a delux room as mentioned in the description. Unless for budget reason, I would not recommend it to others.

Not recommended if you have big luggage, since there's no elevator. The room is actually not luminous

The bathroom is dirty! The shower had stains and all of that! No elevator, you’d have to drag your things along the long winding stairs. No heating, no Ac, just a small standing fan.

More akin to Airbnb, slightly worn rooms but nice staff and good location / price

Great location, great service, nice and clean. Rooms rather different from pictures, but still nice. Simple, but effective, just what I needed.

The pictures are no where near a true reflection of the property. It was not that clean and the tv did not work

The worst hotel ever . Very dirty very disgusting I think the bed had a bed bug never ever ever stay in this hotel people worst out of the worst
