Axiom W6 Hotel recensioner

An absolute shambles. Very tired, dirty and drab property. Nothing like the photos. Broken window, filthy inside. Hairs on the bed, tatty room. Unpleasant staff. Would not let my dog stay here! Never again

The room I booked n the room I got was completely different...but when I ask at the desk was told the decorating was was changed...well it look like it was changed for worse ...the room smelt ...the hall way up to the room smelt ..there was no proper heating ...the smoke alarm had a BOWL STUCK ON IT WIT THICK TAPE .I can go on n on but cant be bothered....I don't advice this place to any body..

Checked in at night, and the reality was nothing like the photos online. The bathroom faucet barely worked, multiple things were broken, and there was even trash left from the previous guest. The soundproofing was terrible. I requested a room change, but the front desk claimed they were fully booked. When I asked for compensation for the first night, they dismissed my concerns, saying everything was still “usable.” I had to get Trip.com involved, but the hotel remained unhelpful and unbothered. In the end, it was Trip.com that offered compensation, not the hotel. Definitely not worth staying here.

Great location, great service, nice and clean. Rooms rather different from pictures, but still nice. Simple, but effective, just what I needed.

The pictures are no where near a true reflection of the property. It was not that clean and the tv did not work

The worst hotel ever . Very dirty very disgusting I think the bed had a bed bug never ever ever stay in this hotel people worst out of the worst

The location is quite convenient. The room for 3 people (2 beds) is okay, not too small, and not too dirty. Shower room is a bit small but clean. There is a kitchen, microwave and sink. Overall I’m good with this stay.

And again, we'll keep them the same, find my first review for a true take the n this place

Stayed with friends visiting London. Hotel room and hallways are relatively unclean. Facilities quite old. Wouldn't recommend.

Very nice, clean and spacious space. The staff was really nice and helpful

I checked in about 8pm, the room wasn’t clean. Tv wasn’t working properly. & shower/sink water ran cold the whole time. Overnight worker said it was his first day so he couldn’t help. The location has potential but it needs to be cleaner throughly.

We stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.

An experience of the local stay climbing up the stairs to the unit. With good cookingware will be awesome.
