Inte vad du ser på sidan och aldrig en 4 Star. Vidrig hygien i rummet, fläckar på väggar, linne och golv. Sista personens produkt kvar i rummet, kärl och hår på kudden. Vitvaror inte ens fjärrren. Denna plats behöver en djup rengöring hela tiden. Värsta jag någonsin bott i. Skulle markera mindre men kan inte.

Bokade ett par nätter för ett tidigt morgonevenemang i Battersea Park som jag deltog i. Det var en fem minuters promenad till platsen, vilket är fantastiskt. Nära till affärer och pubar. Personalen var trevlig. Rummet som jag fick var dock mycket dåligt. Det var rum G4 som ligger på bottenvåningen precis bredvid lobbytoaletten och hissen så att du kunde höra mycket ljud när du var inne i rummet. Den var annorlunda och mindre jämfört med den verkställande studion som jag såg på den här sidan. Även om rummet var rent, var sängen sliten och ojämn och kuddarna obehagligt tunna. Badrummet hade inga krokar för handdukar eller kläder, ingen tvål skål att sätta saker på medan i duschen. Det var konstant ljud från rinnande vatten från väggarna som du kunde höra dag och natt. Det kan vara det sämsta rummet på det hotellet. Jag tycker att det borde ha gjorts till ett kontor eller förråd istället för ett rum för betalande gäster. Jag kommer aldrig att boka detta hotell igen av rädsla för att få det rummet igen. Jag kan bara hoppas att de andra rummen inte är lika dåliga.

I booked a room, arrived at the hotel I stayed 15 minutes at the reception waiting for someone, staff came, I checked in, I arrived at the room floor ( -1) completely different from what I had marked, dirty walls, pen marks, spoiled, a lot of dust (I'm allergic) 5 minutes inside the room I started to feel short of breath, I went to the reception again, I talked to the staff sent me to another room, this time! The right room, but it informed me that the room had two single beds but they would join them and make a king bed, okay! I understand this because I'm HSK manager, I arrived at the room on the 4th floor, two single beds, there was nothing putting together, or no topper to make the king bed, I called the reception again 3 times, the 4th time he answered me and said he would give me the things and I would do it for myself .... In short, he went to the room, threw an old sheet on the floor and I slept on the floor with my girlfriend ...... I'm waiting for a return from the Manager because I want a refund, for the lack of professionalism, ethics, and for the problems I had ..... This happened yesterday 20/02 to 21/02 room 408 I did my check in around 8:30 PM

As others have mentioned, hotel public areas are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of TLC. The location is near battersea park and power station with public transport links nearby. On arrival, I was made to use a third-party QR code to register and provide ID, I was told this was so they could find me if the room was damaged! We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor, and there was a smell of stale tobacco from the room next door (they appear to be a long-term resident leaving some of their oersonal belongings outside). The room was a nice size with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. Unfortunately the spotlights in the bathroom didn't work and the tap leaked. The doors hiding the kitchenette were broken, the hot tap in the kitchen sink didn't work, the crockery was dirty, but washing up liquid and a dish sponge was provided so we were able to wash them in the bathroom sink. The window had a note advising it was waiting repair and not to open it. It was cold outside and there was a draft coming through it. I could not find the hairdryer. Looking in the wardrobe, i found an ironing board but no iron.Apparently, you have to ask for these, but we were not told this on check-in. There was a very dirty duvet in the wardrobe and the mattress was stained, thry msy want to consider cleaning and using mattress and bedding protectors! As we were only staying 1 night, we didn't cause a fuss and reported to reception on check out so they could make repairs. Overall, this could be a great hotel if room maintenance improved, but in its current state, it's an ok stay for the price. I gave a thumbs up because its not a bad hotel, It's similar standard to other budget hotels, but with a kitchenette.

Great location which is next to the Central part of our planned visit location. The Hotel staff were very friendly and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was tidy and clean. The location was perfect, with quick transport to the city center and all major tourist attractions.

Stayed here overnight for a work event nearby. The location was good and on main road, only 10 minute walk from station. Check in was easy. Reception area was nice and water available to drink on arrival. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. My only problem was there was no hair drier and it could do with a long mirror on the wall. Overall a pleasant stay.

Axiom is certainly passable for travelers on a budget. Right beside Battersea Park and a 15 minute walk from Battersea Power Station underground. Convenient for the Thames Path with Westminster 45 mins away on foot. Room not the cleanest, room was too hot and no window. There are for sure more luxirious choices out there but for price i cant complain about really.

The room was very spacious and comfortable beds but it was dirty and needed a good clean. The floor was sticky and there are lots of scuffs and dirt on the walls everywhere. The shower was full of limescale and needed a good clean as well. The receptionist was very friendly and clearly worked very long hours as he was there for check-in, a very late arrival back and check-out the next day. The lift broke when leaving and you can only have 1 key for each room.
