Great location and very clean. Registration was a bit time consuming when arriving but overall people were very helpful.

Great hotel but I do not know why they got rid of the gym from a few years ago. It was small, but still useful and makes a big difference when too cold or wet to go jogging in Hyde park.

The junior suite is really nice room. A lot of storage spaces. The most impressive thing is, the toilet got bidet. Its suites Malaysian people.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in an amazing location, just off of Hyde Park. Though the rooms are a little small (mind you this is the case for all Victorian house conversions), they are beautifully decorated and the whole hotel is in a pristine condition. Breakfast was delicious, and staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again during my next London visit.

This hotel was in prime location right next to Hyde park. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Room was cozy, clean and the junior suite was not that big in size but it's separate with bed room and living. Rest room were small, we took stair as it was some how in odd location within the building. The neighborhood was quite and close to Understand tube station. The room was cold as the air gets through the air.

The hotel is really close to Bayswater tube station. This means we don’t have to worry about staying out late. There’s a Sainsbury’s next to the tube station (0700 to 0000), making it convenient to buy big bottles of water without needing a bag. For muslim visitors, there are quite a number of halal eateries on the same street as Bayswater station.

這是我在英國出遊，倫敦入住酒店最糟心的事了，預訂3天兩個房間型，網上宣傳的和實際入住房間有差異，預訂高級雙人間19平方，實際入住普通雙人間最多10幾平方。我入住的一個房間衞生打掃很差，衞生間的牆體有頭髮貼在上面，另外一個房間床單有螞蟻，房間空調壞掉。我第二天要求換房，因為中間溝通問題到第三天才給調高級雙人間，結果發現床單沒換上面有頭髮和其他異物，地下還竟然是地鐵道，是個懸空的房間，回來我都暈了3天沒緩過來，一直覺得地震的感覺，太糟心和噁心了，建議看到我真實的評價就不要去住了……
