This has been my go to place to stay in central London for the last 4 years. I use a wheelchair. Accessible rooms are good. However, I arrived early. Usually it’s possible to pay for early room access. Promised they’d try and sort. I waited 3 hours. There was no attempt to schedule room servicing with the demand for early check in. I asked for two additional pillows. My crippled legs need extra support. Didn’t get the final one until day 3 of a 4 night stay. I asked repeatedly. The beds are twins, bases locked together. But mattresses slid apart. They should be zipped. Was told all accessible rooms have separate unzipped mattresses. Apparently it’s not ok for those with mobility issues to use a double bed, but it is OK to allow us to slide between two single mattresses.

Very quiet room, comfy pillows and big bed. The street looks a bit scary at night, but it's not that bad. The only thing I wish I had was a real window (a matte film was applied over it; probably the building next door is too close). But at least I had natural light in the morning, which I liked. I also liked the quick and secure check-in in the evening and the controls in the room (lights, and AC). I would stay again, thank you!

Great value, central London hotel. Clean and comfortable no frills but for the money, faultless. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but big bed, good pillows and tv. On site breakfast for £8.00 offers choice and value. There was no window (315. I don’t know if other rooms have windows) but for one night it didn’t matter

I have stayed in a lot of hotels within the Premier Inn family and this hotel had the worst beds by a mile - and not a comfy mile. Very bad nights sleep due to the bed. Room 221 - reject it if you get it. Great location though, a little bit pricey but not stupidly so.

Booked Last minute due to Airbnb letting us down. Very central position with lots going on around the area. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Hummer. The room met expectations and just what we needed. Due to supply issues breakfast was limited if you visited later than 10.15 but unlimited tea, coffee, toast suited us.

First time staying at a premier inn hub and at soho. It was a lovely room with plenty of space to move after. Hotel located perfectly for us for shops and entertainment. Only negative thing was the checking in, as none of the check in screens were working and there was only one person at deck. checking everyone in. We’d stay in this hotel again

Great location. I was there to catch some shows on the West End and everything was within walking distance. Lots of nice eating places nearby. Decent amenities and generally clean if you didn't look too closely. Reception, when available, was friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was lovely and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as well, very easy to find places from there. I enjoyed being able to control everything from the control panel on the bed as well, gave it a more luxurious feel. The bed was comfy enough but you could feel the join in the matress if you lay in the middle but not a major problem. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The lady on the desk was most helpful at checking in. Made my birthday feel special. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and location was good. Well worth the money and will stay again as the location was good. Breakfast was worth the £8 as London prices can be crazy
