The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the west end. We were able to check in early which was nice of the hotel. Modern hotel.

Excellent location with many eatery nearby and walking distance to many attractions. Super near metro stations. Best of all, hotel looks clean and new with superb service from the staff. All of them are very helpful too!

Really helpful staff for the luggage , very polite and helpful. The room come up smaller than expected. Maybe because of the late check in. Day time front desk service is so much better

Saint Martins lane was one of the best decisions I made in London! The people were amazing- friendly, service oriented and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel location is good and is walking distance to major tourist attractions. The room is considered spacious in the Area and room was clean. Also, the staffs are helpful

Hotel in best location in London. Staff was very friendly, but the price was quite high. But this is more a London problem than a problem of this hotel. Also the breakfast was quite overpriced so we tried it one time and then we decided to eat outside in the morning. The room was a bit small for 3 persons, but we would stay there again.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres à pied. Deux problèmes : mauvaise isolation des chambres (on entend les voisins parler) et surtout il est indiqué lit entre 151 et 180cm, or il fait à peine 140cm (je l’ai mesuré). Il y a donc tromperie.

一家人英國旅行，當時選的是三個人，兩大一小，給我們一張大床，加一個小童床。睡的非常舒服，早餐很豐盛，住了四天非常開心。除了價格貴點，別的沒毛病。最重要的是地理位置非常好，在唐人街附近，離大笨鐘，國家美術館都非常非常近。
