Hotel Lily recensioner

I must say it was a very unpleasant stay. The hallways were permanently cluttered with sheets, making it not only difficult to navigate the already narrow halls but a health hazard too. The room had no hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner or a kettle. All of which should have been included with our stay. And one mug (for a twin room) with zero spoons. The walls were incredibly thin making it so you can hear people in the room next to you having a normal conversation and the doors to the lifts would slam shut making sleep difficult. In the bathroom, the bath panel was held together with white tape and there was no plug for the sink, just a gapping hole that hardly let the water drain away. Yes the hotel was cheaper than average but that doesn't give an excuse to be so awful to stay. Never again. They should be ashamed to advertise this hotel as somewhere to stay. Total revamp needed.

Arriving for check in, no one on desk , waited about 5-10 mins for someone to show up. Quick check in once there. Room small but manageable, very cold, no heating, and tv didn’t work. Good location and cheap , get what you pay for.

I have never seen such a terrible and dirty hotel in my life. The reception staff is so lazy that they can't even stand up and greet guests, although they can clearly see that some guests are short and can hardly see them. Also, the appearance of the staff is just awful - dirty, so nothing else was expected from the room. The rooms are dirty, both the floor and the whole room itself. I refused to stay in the first room, they changed the room. It was a little cleaner. Clean bed linen after washing is stored in the hallway on the floor. It's good that I stayed only for a couple of days, so I had to endure it since the payment was by card. But in the future it is better to pay extra or take an apartment, but I will definitely not stay here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very basic hotel, wouldn’t win TV’s 4 in a bed but did the trick for a night out in London. Don’t take the wife (or girlfriend) but if you’re out on the lash with mates it ticks all the boxes🤣🤣👍

The lily hotel in west bromton We had a reservation room for the hotel, and upon arrival the alarms bell started. When we pulled into the car park there was broken bed and rubbish laying around and dirty condoms. The foyay and lift are completely dirty and stairs are really dirty. Then we manage to get the key for the room. Then on the way up notice the dirt on the walls stains on carpet and panels hanging of the wall with door frame look in like they have been kicked in. Once we got to the room,we had noticed,broken toilet stains on floor and walls and bed. Completely horrendous experience,in which we did not spend there night there as the conditions are appalling.Then once handing the key back we was not even asked if there was an issue or problem..Would not recommend this to anyone

DO NOT USE TRIP.COM AS THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE. Use all other available websites as they are cheaper and more efficient.

So dirty not organize and no maintenance, it mad a terrible trip in UK!!!

The location was pretty good and also the bed was clean and tidy but overall the place let's say it wasn't in the best condition. The bathroom sink kept blocking by simply washing your hands and the shower water had 0 pressure unless you wanted to get 2nd degree burn on the closet There were some black spots on the floor so probably mold or something like that. The same on the windows ledge. Paid £290 for 3 nights so would expect at least some basic things.

The hotel is very well located but its service is terrible its toilet is very basic and its facilities totally neglect you any value is expensive for what is offered I would not return

The catfishing of the hotel is out of this world. In a really great location, however the room was dusty and definitely wasn't expecting a flimsy bed at all. The security in the hotel needs to be looked at. At midnight, you could just waltz through the front door.
