Very helpful & professional staffs. Perfect location near tube & shops. Room extremely clean and fresh. Soundproof. Ideal place for good rest and sleep at very good price. Good value and choice.

Other then elevator not working which made us handle heavy luggage up and the stairs. Everything was good, rooms are modern designed. Staff is good.

Items missing. During our stay at Oxford Hotel several items from our hotel room have gone missing. It was a large souvenir bag from Worner Bros studio clearly displaying their logo and containing numerous valuable items that have gone missing from our room. If the cleaning staff mistakenly discarded this bag as trash, it is a clear indication of very poor training and a lack of attention to detail in your service. The only other explanation is that this was a deliberate act, which is even more troubling.

I’d like to take a moment and share my thoughts regarding Hotel Oxford and missing items from the hotel room. It was a souvenir bag from Warner Bros studio clearly displaying their logo and containing numerous valuable items that have gone missing from our room, Items such as mugs, posters,books, the bag wasnt closed or sealed in order to be mistaken by trash, it was clear new recently bought items were inside the bag. The biggest issue was the lack of action from Managers of the property, receptionist personnel contacted them and we were just told to wait till monday ( given it was saturday night and flight back was on sunday morning) I asked to speak to managers over the phone and it was denied. Managers didnt even bother to talk to me or explain next steps, they clearly do not care about their customers Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone going to London as the lack of response from the responsible personnel is frustrating

My recent stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, items from our hotel room went missing during our absence. When we reported this to the reception staff, we were met with an unhelpful response. They simply told us they have a "procedure" in place and would get back to us in two days—despite the fact that we were leaving the next day on an early morning flight. It was extremely frustrating to be left without help in a situation where our belongings had disappeared from a supposedly secure hotel room. The lack of urgency or concern from the staff made it clear they didn’t prioritize us as customers. We were essentially left in the dark, not knowing what happened to our things. I would not recommend staying here, as the safety of your belongings and the support from hotel management seem to be low on their list of priorities.

I was really worried after reading some reviews, but the hotel was lovely! Very central in a really good location. It was a 2 minute walk from the tube. It had Tesco express, boots, pubs, cafes and shops right opposite. It was cleaned everyday. The room was lovely! Had everything you needed. Perfect place to stay for a couple getaway to London.

We are extremely disappointed in this hotel and how they state that you can book the hotel room and can cancel if needed! This is such a big scam! We accidentally booked for a few days on the wrong dates and tried reaching out to cancel the booking and reschedule for another date, not only did they not respond they did not pick up our calls and now we are disputing this with our bank! This is one of the worst hotel experience we have had! We have traveled extensively all over the world and never encountered such a situation! Do not attempt to make any booking at this hotel. They are unresponsive and will leave you hanging, I definitely am not going to stay at this hotel as I believe if there is an issue they will not respond nor take care of the guest. Do yourself a favor and go for another hotel. If the hotel responds back I will update my review.

They are crooks. Note they intersperse free cancellation with non-cancellable rooms. Got duped into making a non cancellable room 7 months out. 2 minutes after making this mistake called the hotel .. did not pick up phones cannot reach anyone. Now they will not cancel. BEWARE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING TO SNARE YOU!! i fell for it and once they get you they will play hard ball. Nasty people
