room is to small and bed is not comfortable half bed is broken we can’t sleep properly shower not working perfect its really slow shower stand broken its really bed experience no ventilation properly too much noice came from kitchen

A nice hotel centrally based close to Paddington Station which is ideal. Hotel rooms are small but cozy. Cleaned daily and a selection of teas and coffees are available in the room.

I was on the fourth floor without elevator so it wasn't easy to get to the room but the room was bigger than expected so I thînk it was ok !!

Room was upgraded to a larger room which was good. Room was clean, quiet and i slept well. Bathroom was well contemporary, clean and well equipped but slightly bad smell coming from bathroom drain. Great value.

Actually a convenience location where only 5 minutes walking distance to Paddington Station, full of nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The facilities inside the room seems old but the cleanliness is keeping at high level. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for money.

The service was excellent however there was really loud noises all night which woke me up many times.

Filthy hotel don’t stay here unless you want bed bugs

Bog standard room - worth the price - absolute bargain. Please make sure you let the reception know by calling or emailing your check in time just so things run smoothly. Signs of ageing furniture and flooring and a bug constantly flying in the air and buzzing around the ceiling light - but to be expected at such a cheap price. Room size is adequate - the curtain has a gaping hole which can be resolved quickly by replacing it. Shared toilet facility is good and clean and the hotel is relatively quiet.

location is nice...the reception upgrade my room to ground floor

good place. Strategic. But no lifts if you are find with it, bring your own toothpaste and brush. Not big but good if u are middiim size or smaller. Clean enough

Cosy and comfortable. An easy walk from Paddington.

設施：非常差 樓梯窄的連一米都不到 衞生：還算説得過去 明面上沒有明顯的垃圾 環境：很不好找 位置在一棟大樓的小門面 服務：史中史 兩個房間中間就衹隔着一道門 對 就是一道可以開關門 隔音極差 而且隔壁凌晨四點還在跳舞 差評 超級差評
