Room too small , facilities need to upgrade , bathroom is just nasty , the only thing that’s great about this hotel is the friendly staff and a great location that’s all

Very close to Kings Cross Station. Tiny room yet reasonable prices at this location. Luggage storage available.

Stayed here for a night simply because the area is convenient for intercity trains. Amenities are very minimal, and there is no elevator. It would be troublesome if you have large luggage. Overall, the staff is helpful.

Extremely well located (both for visiting the city and travelling by subway and/or train). The rooms are on the small side but very comfortable and well equipped. The staff is nice and helpful (bit noisy as it's close to a busy area, but nothing that disrupts the sleep).

The service attitude is excellent. The place is also very clean. Its location is convenient as it's close to the underground. Moreover, they helped me store my luggage.

Simple hotel with necessary amenities. Basement room wasn’t as bad as I thought when I first got there. Room was in front of courtyard so privacy was quite lacking and my curtains had to be closed the whole time unfortunately. Bathroom incredibly clean which was good and room was good, bed Deane seemed quite old with threads loose. Overall was fine for staying one night. Would stay here again if price was cheaper think £86 was much for what it was.

Pleasant basic hotel in a perfect location near Kings Cross. Room was small, clean and well equipped. Room was on the upper (third) floor, stairs were manageable but be aware there is no lift. There was some noise from the street and inside the hotel at night, as the corridors are narrow, with other rooms very close by. I did not find the mattress to be comfortable, and the room was far too hot on arrival but the heating controls were good and I was able to fully open the window to cool the room down. I did not like the air fresheners used in the separate bathroom, as they had a strong smell which made me feel unwell.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a room on the lower floor which was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative was the noisy shower. We were able to leave our bags as we had arrived early and again when we checked out. Fantastic service.

Late check-in was done with minimum fuss at a late hour and was an easy process Compact room was spotlessly clean with good quality sheets & towels. The room was freshly decorated with good heating and tea/coffee self service in room Shower was good and overall the quality of the experience was beyond expectation. Will recommend to friends

I arrived late after 10pm after a long day and was unable to access the hotel as the Receptionist was absent. There was a note on door saying back in 20 minutes!. As a lone female at that time of night, I felt very vulnerable, especially as a man approached me to see what I was doing. I booked the hotel as it advertised 24hr reception as I knew I would be late arriving. It was not a pleasant experience standing in the street for 20 minutes.

Well located, functional. Room was across the road but not too troublesome. Feels more like a B&B than hotel but would use again.

A super conveniently placed hotel. Good access to central London. Close to KX Station and all of its surrounding amenities. Clean, simple, and comfortable rooms. I have stayed at this hotel several times and feel it is good value for your money.

I managed to get an upgrade of having a private bathroom.Loved it. If’s a nice place and very near the train station.Very convinient. My only complaint was that somebody next door had an argument in the middle of the night.C’mon,folks.Go argue outside and let other guests sleep in peace.
