Lovely place to stay. Really clean, comfy and spacious and excellent location to get around London. Short walk to the tube station and plenty of amenities really close by. Way nicer than staying in a hotel. I'll definitely be booking this again.

I loved my stay at Europa House Apartment no 3. To my surprise, the apartment was very spacious, with a high-end kitchen, two spacious, well-presented toilet baths, massive, comfortable bedrooms, and king-size beds in a central location. Very close to Bakerloo line Maida Vale tube station, which takes you to all central London locations in 10-15 minutes. I visited London after 15 years and caught up with all my friends. There was enough room to have all these people over without feeling crowded. I loved my midnight Uber eats as all the fantastic restaurants delivered to the address. Thank you for making our stay in London very special.

From the moment we arrived to when we left we had the best time. The apartment was so comfortable and has everything and more you could want from your stay. Even milk in the fridge so a cup of tea can be had on arrival. Perfect! Second time of staying and wish it could be more!

Very nice apartment in a quiet and peaceful place. Pub a few steps away. Cleanliness at a high level, and most importantly very nice and helpful service (concierge). Very good transport connection - metro, bus to the center. The apartment fully met our expectations.

My wife and I stayed at Europa House from October 14th to 18th, and we had an amazing experience. The apartment was spacious, offering more than enough room to relax. The location is perfect—set in a charming, cozy uptown neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and the proximity to local pubs, bakeries, and the underground station, which is less than a 3-minute walk away. It was convenient and peaceful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Definitely 5 out of 5!

Home away from home, a perfect location, access to 2 stations, Maida Vale and Warwick Avenue, close proximity to the local grocery store and cafes on Clifton road, and the excellent restaurants on Formosa by Warwick Avenue, please try the wonderful French restaurant Paulette. Flat Service as well is excellent, Chris in Management is always so helpful, cleaning is as regular as you want it to be. Absolutely no complaints. And we must not forget the beautiful large gardens we have access to, and where we have had several family picnics. Europa house is by far the best apartments I have stayed in compared to quite a few I have tried.

Really impressed with our apartment- Extremely spacious & clean, well equipped and quality amenities (toiletries, coffee, tea, bottled water, cleaning materials etc) There were plenty of quality towels (large and fluffy) and both bathrooms had good showers! Nicely decorated accommodation with good Wi-Fi, and lots of storage. Secure lobby and secure parking available if required. The apartment was convenient for tube (walking distance) and in a great area.. Tesco express 2 min walk. The communication in advance was good and advance check in available for speed/ease. Would use again.

Spacious light filled apartment (#1) that was incredibly clean & comfortable. Additionally - a great service team headed by Chris that were warmly welcoming, friendly & helpful including pre- arrival assistance & booking. Neighborhood is quiet, very green including 3 acres private commons accessible from bldg. Within 2 blocks of Maida Vale tube station with selection of markets, butchers, green markets, bakeries & restaurants great 15- minute walk thru canal district to paddington. We will be back!

We stayed at Apt 3, wonderful two bedroom flat with view to pine tree at private garden. Comfortable beds, very fluffy towels & 5 stars quality linens. Most importantly, the flat is super clean & conveniently located near tube stations. We love it. Highly recommended.
