Very helpful doormen, clean rooms, however small sized even relative to other London hotels at similar price level. At check out, the experience wasn't expected from the reception staff. Definitely won't go back to the hotel again.

The hotel location is close to shopping area. Check-in staff was nice and she endeavoured to offer the room type i preferred and invited me to take a shower at spa when the room not available yet.

位置方便，步行10分鐘左右有地鐵站，步行15分鐘到達購物街。酒店大堂明亮，服務員態度非常友好。房間乾淨有個小陽台，床褥舒服。酒店餐廳的食物不錯。缺點是房間空間很小，以5星酒店來說太普通，價錢太高。整體而言酒店低於預期，裝修和設施平凡的酒店，只是大廳比較有特色，接待服務不錯，地理位置優越。

自己不會英文，入住到退房工作人員都很熱情，房間很乾凈就是陽台沒夜景，這個位置比較安靜，住的比較舒服的，酒店餐廳美食也不錯😊😊😊
