Worst hotel ever being a regular guest from past 10 year booking up to 10 rooms each stay, they treated as they dont know me, paid for the breakfast though trip.com and missing my morning breakfast need to wait up to half hr for only 2 lift servicing the whole hotel... they say not their problem as breakfast paid to trip.com
Don't trip.com pay them for breakfast they charge us?
Also they don't want to give any better rooms or benefits as they been giving to me in the past as a regular guest.... they told me to book directly if want to enjoy their free perks......
Room door was broken... the head of house keeping told me off first day didn have time to see and will do later?? When ? When I check out?
Each time open the door there is a load banging sound
The kettle was disgusting there where black stuff floating all over when I boil the water, so unhygienic they don't wanna give me extra water too and want to charge me can you believe it?...
Someone in the early morning barged into my door I got scared for my safety.... I went to tell the manager downstairs and he told me off it's your problem that's what the dnd sign is for....
Can you believe the audacity the manager with glasses name jerre have toward their loyal guest...
Didn't care attitude at all
I felt this trip wasn't worth even a dollar
