Clean room, excellent welcome, but toilet was smelly (very hot weather) but looked very clean. Carpet a bit worn but water available, wifi was stable, AC did not work but fan was enough.

The staff was amazing the food was unreal and cocktail spot on! Definitely will be coming more often, very friendly people very welcoming and went out there way to make are experience a joy! Great 😊 if you live close by please go and try there food!

Although an apartment/hotel regards reception , you get instructions how to access keys etc so no reception etc we needed to meet member of staff regarding an issue on our end and the couldn’t be more helpful to our plight !Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Visiting from US. I stayed here a couple of years ago in the St John's Suite. Everything then was great. This time I'm in the Hampstead Suite. It's more just OK, even though I'm now paying a lot more. One thing in this particular unit is that the mattress is really bad. Don't know why they don't replace it as it's an easy thing to do to make a better experience for the traveller. I have stayed in a lot worse hotels at this price point in this area. The owners obviously have put a bit of money in to the place. My overall impression, however, is that this is a bit of a "work in progress". I rated it 3 out of 5.

New owners have only been hear a couple of weeks doing well er vamped the pub all fresh nice and friendly clean and good choice of food you can have English food or Indian and drinks well worth a visit in door and outdoor seating prices are good nice quiet area had stay hear again when am in London

I have reviewed before on Trip Advisor and said there should be something between average and very good. That’s how I would rate this hotel. There are many pluses: the location, it’s quiet, the room and bed very comfortable and spotless. A well equipped bathroom and the communication with the owners was good. Unfortunately we had problems with the heating system which we couldn’t adjust so the room was too hot , the tv didn’t work ( or if it did you needed a science degree to fathom it out or better still instructions) and the entrance hall somewhat dingy. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Nice eatery located in peaceful area,limited seating but good decor.Good Indian delicacies specially Bhel,Palak patta chat.Bar is there with good variety of Indian street food with efficient services.Confusion in name no where Patakha mentioned.

The hotel cancelled our booking made via *********** with just 48 hours notice and with no reason given other than to say we cannot be accommodated. The hotel was booked for an overnight stay to attend a concert in Wembley. There was absolutely no where to stay within a sensible budget so we were forced to stay in Essex but due to the extreme high demand for the tube we were unable to get back to the tube station we had parked at. Severely ruined our plans for the weekend for a booking made well in advance. Terrible service

Popped n for a quick drink this evening & to see what the place was like. £5 for a beer was reasonable but £9.50 for a glass of Pimms seemed excessive. When I challenged this I was told that it included £2.50 for the Sprite! So I don’t think we’ll be returning to this establshment.
