Very nice, humble and affordable.

A nice little hotel. Very good for the price.

Great hotel to stay for 1, 2 nights. Kensington Gardens is just around the corner and there are lots or restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Breakfast was very busy, there were not that many staff and they were understandably stressed so that was not a very pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet was ok, but there wasn't much to choose from.

The service And hotel very nice. Also nice personal And kind clean lady.

This hotel is located nearby the Bayswater underground station and is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and willing to help if need their help. The hotel is old but well manage everything is in good shape except the elevator a bit slow The Room is clean and equipt with all the necessary stuff although the room I stay in is just a tiny small room.

酒店前台的接待還是很熱情的，剛進門就可以知道你是哪位預訂的客人，是比較驚奇的了，很快速的辦理好入住手續。酒店還是和5年前一樣保持的很乾凈，房間雖然有點小，但是入住體驗個人感覺還好！早餐還是和以前一樣，非常驚奇酒店可以做到早餐品種保持5年不變！但是可以保證提供你一天的足夠的營養！酒店離地鐵口貝斯沃特走路5-8分鐘，周邊超市很多，也有幾家中餐館，生活那是很方便的。以後還會再入住的。

이틀(토, 일) 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 그냥저냥합니다. 단지 동양인들에게는 지하층을 주는것 같았습니다. 인종차별을 느꼈습니다. 첫날은 지하뿐이 없다고 하더군요. 그래서 둘째날은 바꿔 줄수 있냐고 물으니 안된다도 아니고 모르겠다고 이야기 하더군요. 지하층에는 우리말고 동양인팀이 두팀정도 더있더군요. 정말 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 그리고 사워헤드가 벽에 고정입니다. 머리만 따로 감기가 정말 힘듭니다. 가격 때문이라면 어쩔수 없겠지만 조금 여유 있으시면 다른곳으로 가시길 추천드립니다.

設施：設施比較陳舊，房間非常小，也沒有空調，不透氣。沒熱水壺，沒拖鞋，沒吹風機。也不靠近旅遊點，不推薦。

酒店服務很好，位置離海德公園，肯辛頓公園，帝國理工學院很近，周邊很多餐館和酒吧酒店，很倫敦風格的環境

房間很整潔很舒適，早飯也很好！餐廳走廊也很乾凈，有電梯！大廳還有個酒吧，很開心的一次入住

一個人住非常划算，房間不是非常大，但是睡覺是沒問題的。推薦
